In rummycircle,
I am unable to play tournaments from my desktop computer,
However i can play regular pool and deal games without any problem
(Can play tournaments only in mobile, not so user friendly)
Date of incident - from july-15-2017
Client details - play games24x7 pvt. Ltd.

Problem description - after joining the tournament (Registration), at the time of playing when i click on take seat icon new window should appear where the game is played, however in my case new window is not opening.
However i can play other games on my desktop in same website (www.rummycircle.com and same user account) like pool, deal and point rummy without any problem,
I have latest flash player. So it s a concern from rummycircle only.
On issuing a concern with rummycircle they told me to send the screen shot, i have sent the complete detailed screen recording, but got no answer at all, even after multiple reminders
