As per as i create three account but when i go some place. That time no internet zone when i come internet zone.
So i log same my mail password but does not loging. Why. I have a loss of more mony. You have not properly active custmer care.

    Sir, since last 10 days before someone played in rummy circle account. I don't know who he is when i aware about this i file a complaint to rummycircle after that they blocked my cash game facility, then i ask about this they said we checking about your complaint that's why we blocked your cash game mode and it happens before 10 days... But now till they not unlock my account... Please help me to clear the problem... From the beginning to right now i've sent more than 15 mail's they not replied help me please...
    I am not able to play cash games...my account is showing zero balance as I was having balance...Also my Id verification is not done yet.pls do me favour

      Hi, i m satya, my user id is (Satyaran5546), i have lost more than 50000rs from this game, on the date of 23/09/2017 i just won 23000rs and when i m trying to withdraw its showing ur account has been closed. I send many mail to rummycircle support team but they r not giving any response. The rummy team fully cheated to me and not even me lots of people create this problem. [protected] this is my cont. No. If i m wrong can reach me directly, fraud rummy team. My opinion is our govt should banned this apps. Mr. Trivikraman thampy he is the founder and chief executive officer of this game.

                In rummycircle,
                I am unable to play tournaments from my desktop computer,
                However i can play regular pool and deal games without any problem
                (Can play tournaments only in mobile, not so user friendly)

                Date of incident - from july-15-2017

                Client details - play games24x7 pvt. Ltd.
                P. O. Box 17640, malad (W),
                Mumbai 400064.

                Problem description - after joining the tournament (Registration), at the time of playing when i click on take seat icon new window should appear where the game is played, however in my case new window is not opening.

                However i can play other games on my desktop in same website (www.rummycircle.com and same user account) like pool, deal and point rummy without any problem,
                I have latest flash player. So it s a concern from rummycircle only.

                On issuing a concern with rummycircle they told me to send the screen shot, i have sent the complete detailed screen recording, but got no answer at all, even after multiple reminders

                          This is unethical website that controls the card that players get and you can't win beyond certain amount. This highly unethical gaming sites that controls card. A person lying in bronze club or silver club can't win against a person in higher clubs and your winning ratio increases when you give more and more money to this website because then they upgrade the club you are in. Your skill won't matter as the cards are controlled. I have been playing for past 2 years and they have never let me win more than 100 percent of deposited amount ever. Initially i would win and then lose again and again. Its waste of time and money and should be banned if not by government then at least by citizens voluntarily. You will lose money and they will suck it like the leech they are.

                          Our system is automated,  however we would like to inform you that we do not have any control over the cards that are dealt in any games. Distribution of cards is an automated process and is completely unbiased. You think you have it bad.

                          We kindly suggest you to click on the "Certificate" link on our home page which shows our Random Number Generation Certificate obtained from the prestigious I-Tech Labs in Australia. This Random Number Generation certificate proves that there is adequate randomness in shuffling of the cards so that no pattern can be deduced. As a result, there is no way for anyone to interfere in the functioning of the systems and associated software when it comes to shuffling and dealing the cards. 

                          However, in the long run, it is your skill in the game of Rummy that determines how much you win and not the cards that you get as long as the shuffling is random.

                            While depositing an amount of rs.500 through online payment, they have deducted an amount of rs.506.78 without any intimation about the reason behind that excess amount has been deducted. While entering an amount we entered an amount of rs.500 but while deducting from bank account the figures become as rs.506.78, this is totally inappropriate as per rummy regulations. If any excess amount is to be charged, they have intimate the reason then the deposited will decide whether he should go further or cancel his deposit. But here, such opportunity has not been provided.
                            Further, i have heard that if any one made complaint against them then they will adjust the software against such persons as he unable to win the game. Hence, this site is need scrutiny whether they are cheating the players or doing fare game.

                            While making withdrawal, especially this site have taken more time to return the players money to them. After 48 hours only they will attend the request of withdrawal. If after 48 hours any consequent holidays come then the player has to wait until the holiday is over. In comparison to all rummy sites, especially this site only doing such practices as taking more time.
                            The hidden interest behind such delay is that the player can cancel his withdrawal until they start the process after 48 hours. so they induced the player to cancel and loose all money here. Also they can earn more interest by keeping players money for more than three days. If any complaint made, their response is this is their rules. An uniform rules for rummy sites to conduct the game and its related rules, If the government allowed such sites to conduct game.
                            whether any verification has been conducted by the government body or any neutral body about the genuineness of all online rummy sites and if it has then the same should be in display for view.
