My account has been blocked. There are some funds in my account which was also locked. I haven't done any irregularities but Rummy Circle says there were come violations but they have not given me the proper explanation about the blockage. If my account is not unblocked, please delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account.

My account is blocked since sep 2020. I have some amount approx 20000 in my rummy account. I can't withdraw that. I can't play cash games also. There is a msg " sorry, you can't play cash games or do transactions. This is a procedure to protect your account" it is very long time. Please now activate my account.
