My name is Alleiah, I have created an account in rummy circle in this evening.After registration I have credited my account with 2000 rupees.After playing some games it will shows that you are not eligible for playing the cash games just you are eligible for practice games only.
After logging out my account when I was logged in it will shows your account has been closed.
Hence I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

    In rummy circle server problem occuring many time while finishing the game..if i try connect its not possible to connect for next 5 min..after restart the system only connecting...some time 3 to 4 time hav to restart the system..inbetween ths game is finshed

      My id is vkt007. Why my account can be closed? I have only asked for refund because in weekend loot tournament today also & last week when i played it showed no prizes in 1st round but initially at the joining it was showing 250 prizes in 1st round. So where i m wrong to complain about it. You have replied that no prizes were in offering in 1st round. Today you have placed the tournament. I have taken s screenshot & sent to you that it was true what o was saying & that's why by seeing that i have joined. Why one will join this if one player only move to 2nd round. Its better to play cash games. I m playing for so many months now. I have never complained like this on losing money. I lost 3000 in 2days. Had i complained?? You are doing illegal thing by closing my account. I m indian citizen& i have a right to play like other indian citizens.& of something wrong is happening i have the right to complain about it. Its up to you now you will refund my money or not or whether i m wrong or right. I have given you the proof with screenshot what i was complaining about.

             My I'd is  vkt007.Rummy circle has closed my account illegally on 19th August..Total account balace was 24, 000 INR. I have sent them many e mails since 4 days but you they are not bother to reply any of them.Even
      Now today their executive ithreatens me by calling me to quit from their website & never play there.How dare he threaten me like this? I m a citizen of India & I have a right to choose.Who is he to threaten me?
      1)I have complained about wrong information equal to cuheating from their side but they refused to accept.
      2)when I sent them a solid proof which shows I was right, they just closed my account illegally because there can be more proofs I can gather.
      3)Now they are not replying any of e mails sent by me which is a deliberate service fault & came under descrimination from person to person under SC/ST act.As I belongs to ST category.
      4)They have not replied until today & even today for threatning me.what kind of gundagardi is this??It shows they are just not interested in calling & resolved the problem .It was just a stunt.
      5)They have not put up their contact no.s. in customer care for direct contact if any problem occurs.All other rummy service providers are providing that & also having apps directly on android play store.It means they are not serious about resolving complaints.

      They have violated Indian citizens right of mine, Service act given by any company & SC/ ST act by descrimination.
      If some one complaints to them against their services etc. They will closed down their accounts to shut their mouths.
      Plz take serious action against them & instruct them to open my account immediately.

                    We have found that some accounts have deposited through the same IP address which was used in your RummyCircle account login and dumped money so that your referee account can receive bring a friend bonus by unfair means.

                    This is a fraudulent activity and hence, we captured the bonus from your referee account.

                          I have made many complaints about closing of multiple account.after repeated
                          request to explain or what a multiple account is not bothered to answer when they say the account is closed due to multiple account it is their duty to say
                          what a multiple account and how it was created. but the are prompt in closing
                          and taking the money. by doing this and not giving a clear reply i think they
                          are cheating people and making good money in the name of multiple account.

                            Firstly i opened my account and added 200 rupees and i tapped "play", the website asked the details of me. I have entered all the details and tapped"save details and play" but it was showing that the date of birth is not valid. I tried for about 15 to 20 times to play but even though it was showing that date of birth was not valid.
                            Next i decided to with draw the money but it was also not being possible. I am warning the website that if my money will not be credited immediately i will take legal procedures and i will make close your website. Do not take it as a very small issue. If i do not get the reply very soon see what i will do!!!

                              My two accounts has been closed with reason multiple account.after repeated
                              request to explain what a multiple account and how it has created no response from them.if you can take up this and know what it is then it will be useful for
                              persons who like to register . i have been playing rummy for the one month
                              and i tried to open an account for my wife who is also like to play with a email id and paid the money through by debiting my sb account. she was playing for 2 days and after closing and restarted got a message account is closed due to multiple account.till now nobody knows what a multiple account is and they never bothered to explain after repeated mails.

                                  I have opened a account with rummy circle.com and playing for nearly 15 days. To day i started playing today with a balance of rs 185. After 2 games i closed playing and restarted after 15 mts. The movement i login i received a message saying your account has been closed. And my mail id is also blocked. This the second time it is happening to me. Please check and let me know why they are doing this and make them pay my balance to my account.

                                      There're lot of ways out to make some extra money of course no matter moral or immoral until it hurts humble people. But, this rummy.. Company is actually a real bad! That never try to meet minimal professional ethic.. What the happened to my deposited fund in rummycircle.com? One can be a jack of losing horse but never a jackass. Even those dare risk 1000s should not try it.
