My id proofs are regreted numerous times . they are saying due to mismatch, i furnished all my id proofs, i did all my transactions through the same account, so plz ask them to refer all those transactions and provide my money back as soon as possible i[censored] want any of those transactions i am happy to provide u last three months bank statements, otherwise please make me tele call and provide your office address i will make direct contact to u and resolve my issues, i think it is not fair to put in hold my rummycircle account and simply regretting my id proofs, i just want to know you didnt asked all these when i am adding my cash to rummycircle account and now Rs.9600/ are kept in hold which means a lot to me, so plz resolve my issue as soon as possible

I have been playing rummy circle from past 2 years, i have raised 5 complaints with screen shots as per their requirement of Disconnection & Cards not displaying.after checking they have sent 2 mails stating Rs 200 & Rs 800 will refund to my account.Actually i lost about Rs 7000/- (almost 17 games of same problem played on 19/09/16 & 20/09/16) while questioning them why only amount refunded for 2 games what about the rest and asked them to refund all my money which has been debited in my account as per above problem.now the teaching me how to learn in life & to play responsibily.if they are so...

please take any acction this iste please block the sites in india so many peoples wast of time please block the site

I played with rummycircle without any fraud. the only mistick i did that my bank atm card is not accepting transactions to deposit in rummycircle. so i requested my friend to transfer money to my rummycircle account with his atm card he did it i have given money to him. i think u have the records that i try to deposits at starting by seeing that u can know clearly wheather i did fraud or not. u r not giving a chance to hear my words. but ur blocking my account. ur taking money from lot of people by illegally by just pointing out one small mistick and taking lot of money from them. i[censored] correct then y u r accept the transaction with i deposit from my friends account.

There was a problem when i was playing a deal. And when i was about to declare the show
My game hangs. Then i try to reopen the game and wait for my turn i take the card again about the declare, same thing happens.
I try to reopen the game and it shows take seat in my games, when i do table is closed.
Why does this happen???
And that too 2 times. I have lost my money in that table.
I could have won twice and i loose money on that deal

In rummy circle server problem occuring many time while finishing the game..if i try connect its not possible to connect for next 5 min..after restart the system only connecting...some time 3 to 4 time hav to restart the system..inbetween ths game is finshed

My id is vkt007. Why my account can be closed? I have only asked for refund because in weekend loot tournament today also & last week when i played it showed no prizes in 1st round but initially at the joining it was showing 250 prizes in 1st round. So where i m wrong to complain about it. You have replied that no prizes were in offering in 1st round. Today you have placed the tournament. I have taken s screenshot & sent to you that it was true what o was saying & that's why by seeing that i have joined. Why one will join this if one player only move to 2nd round. Its better to play cash games. I m playing for so many months now. I have never complained like this on losing money. I lost 3000 in 2days. Had i complained?? You are doing illegal thing by closing my account. I m indian citizen& i have a right to play like other indian citizens.& of something wrong is happening i have the right to complain about it. Its up to you now you will refund my money or not or whether i m wrong or right. I have given you the proof with screenshot what i was complaining about.
Plz open my account as i have not done anything wrong.

My I'd is vkt007.Rummy circle has closed my account illegally on 19th August..Total account balace was 24, 000 INR. I have sent them many e mails since 4 days but you they are not bother to reply any of them.Even
Now today their executive ithreatens me by calling me to quit from their website & never play there.How dare he threaten me like this? I m a citizen of India & I have a right to choose.Who is he to threaten me?
1)I have complained about wrong information equal to cuheating from their side but they refused to accept.
2)when I sent them a solid proof which shows I was right, they just closed my account illegally because there can be more proofs I can gather.
3)Now they are not replying any of e mails sent by me which is a deliberate service fault & came under descrimination from person to person under SC/ST act.As I belongs to ST category.
4)They have not replied until today & even today for threatning me.what kind of gundagardi is this??It shows they are just not interested in calling & resolved the problem .It was just a stunt.
5)They have not put up their contact no.s. in customer care for direct contact if any problem occurs.All other rummy service providers are providing that & also having apps directly on android play store.It means they are not serious about resolving complaints.

They have violated Indian citizens right of mine, Service act given by any company & SC/ ST act by descrimination.
If some one complaints to them against their services etc. They will closed down their accounts to shut their mouths.
Plz take serious action against them & instruct them to open my account immediately.
