Actually I'm 40 years old Ani I will give you proof for the same ..but your app is saying that I'm below 18 and therefore I can't withdraw my money ..
Please help me as I can give you all the proof for being 40 yrs old...
Pleaseee look into the matter, everyone thinks it's a fraud game please resolve my problem so that this doesn't happen... please

      My account has been blocked. i have around Rs. 12500 in my rummycircle account which was also locked. I haven't done any irregularities but Rummy Circle says there were come violations but they have not given me the proper explanation about the blockage.         Rummycircle blocked my account because I had multiple cash accounts. I had created a cash account and the same was dormant for a while. When I tried logging in again, I was not receiving OTP. I tried contacting customer service but i didn't get any response. I created another cash account but provided the same aadhar Id for KYC purposes. I was allowed to play for 3 weeks and was winning good amounts. But my account was blocked stating that I had multiple cash accounts. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service but the solution they provided doesn't work. They asked me to upload additional documents in the website but there is no option to upload the same in website. I have sent the requested documents by email but they are not supporting for KYC. I requested for closure of account and crediting my bank account with balance money but they are not doing that as well. The customer service number provided by them is not available whenever I call. The link provided for uploading doesn't work

          I start the playing rummy on rummycircle.com few days ago,
          but i have realise the rummycircle.com is only a trap to icrease the trafic of playes only not provide any solutions on players problems

          my problem:
          i request a withdrawal on 6 APR 2023 -05:45 PM from my wallet balance but i have not recieved my money and not complete my withdrwal by rummycircle.com 5 days completed but stil showing request undergoing checks

            My account has been blocked. There are some funds in my account which was also locked.               I dont upload my adharcard with any account with your app but when i try to upload my adharcard it's shows that your document is already registedred with another user how it's possible and now revise document and upload document both button are disabled, i dont registered my adharcard with your app till now so how can your app shows that document is already verified. i did many mail to support team but it send my same message as computer tgenerated.

                  They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

                        My account has blocked and my winning amount was locked. I haven't done any violation in my game but rummy circle says it was violated but they are not ready to give me the proper explanation about the blocking.                                   Hi,

                                  My user name is Wizsat. Recently my cash withdrawal were failed consecutively 4 times and received email stating that "couldn't be processed by the bank" blaming my bank. However there was nothing wrong from the side of bank. I had already withdrawn cash successfully before.

                                  When I contacted customer support via email, phone and chat, none of them tried to solve my problem and kept asking me to place new withdrawal which I did and failed everytime.

                                  I sent a mail stating that there is no value for the cash as it can't be withdrawn and so I would drain them. They blocked my account. I was so angry and mailed them stating that they are fraud. After that they transferred my money (without placing any withdrawal request) and blocked my account permanently.

                                  1. The reason for blocking my account is not justified.

                                  2. There is enough valid reason for my disappointment as -

                                  - my withdrawal was failed 4 times consecutively
                                  - on contacting support through email, chat, phone call, none of them were able to solve the problem instead they told me to keep making new withdrawal request, which I did and failed everytime
                                  - banning an account for exploding a customer's disappointment over a GENUINE issue is not acceptable.

                                  I have sent multiple mails to unblock my account but they rejected.

                                        I have been playing since long but they have blocked my account saying that i tried to make some fraud with my online friends which is totally wrong. I do have some cash available they are not allowing me to withdraw my cash
