Withdrawal not processed from bank

Place Withdrawal request id 59499419. But they took 10 days to process the money. Finally withdrawal successful Status changed but MONEY IS STILL NOT CREDITED TO THE ACCOUNT. After 70 email follow up. Got a message as below

Hi! Your withdrawal request on RummyCircle with ID: 59499419 could not be processed by the bank....

Account deletion refund 12500/- not returning . reply always with same promise only

I have deleted my rummycircle account (ID-OJIR) on 28/8/22. The refund of my account balance 12500 is not refunded till this time. Whenever complaints to the support team they give same replay. And the time mentioned in their replay is already over. Doubts that whether the rummycircle. Com application is an online fraud....

Rummycircle account suspended

My account was suspended without any reason when i wrote a mail to "[protected]@rummycircle.com" below response, when i asked them what kind irregularities i got no response after that there waswithout any reason they simply suspended, i was played only one to one points rummy, i didn't committ any fraud, please remove the suspension on my account. Unwanted messages on personal number

Hey I'm getting messages from rummycircle.
They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

For example message, i received today[protected]
"gifted: you have rs2000 in you rummy a/c

I want to bring to your notice that I made an account on the rummy Circle app. Unfortunately i started playing without doing the KYC. Later, I tried doing the KYC and by mistake uploaded an aadhar card that already exists. I want to reset the KYC options to have control on the funds in my Rummy Circle Account.
