      I start playing rummy circle few days ago.
      but my account automatically showing blocked security reasons
      i contact rummycircle team via email
      they tell me upload my aadhar card in my account for kyc verification and i upload mmy aadhar card in my account kyc section
      but my kyc status still showing under revieve
      rummy circle send me an email metioned the kyc verification is done your account is verifyed but i check
      my account still showing blocked
      i request the rummycircle team please verify my kyc and activate my account

          After winning huge amount. All other games after generating cards which make me to loss. May be 1 or 2 its ok. Continuously 50 plus games the card generation is not correct. Are they auto setting in the code? If the user has won this much amount make him to lose all other upcoming games?

          Can I raise a legal issue on coding? This pattern is followed for 5th time. I suspect a lot

                I lost so much of money playing with this fraud company... And recently i added around Rs. 1500 and won Rs. 2094 when I'm trying to withdraw money ... These people blocked my account and rejected my withdrawal... I want my money back else I will post about this in all social media and work with competitor companies like junglee rummy to close rummy circle company

                  When i play 100, 250 101 Tournament i was constantly stuck in between game not able to pick a card or off, whole game i play like log in and off still couldnt play properly, now i have complaint to rummycircle for refund my money which i lost due to their technical problem but they haven't reply me till now nor i have received my refund. They kept saying my query is responded but no refund for their fault till now

                  They said they will refund the affected table on 28th Sep 2022 but till now i havent recieved anything, i dont know how long does it take for refund to process, it was their technical problem so they need to refund it

                    Account was blocked and unable to track the id

                    My rummy account is showing that it was blocked and the support team was given the request ticket id and also I am not able to track the ticket id which was given. And i am not able to withdraw the money and also I am not able to play the cash game. Please do the needful....

                      Hi, My name is. Sayli Verekar, today I was playing rummy circle after long time. So basically I lost my previous phone and it was hacked. So after that I didn't get time to play. I didn't take the same number. So today I thought of playin. I deposited 1k and won 5250/- and I was about to withdraw, so I added my adhaar card as they asked for KYC. So it got failed coz it was added to my previous account. So I emailed them regarding this. No proper response. I waited till now to see the progress. So I end up looking that my account is blocked and my money as well went. I'm nt allowed to withdraw money nor play. How am I supposed to play than?? Is this customer service??? I submitted the docs on the email. So as to ensure that it's me who was using the my ID for KYC. I need my money back. I request you to help me get my account unlocked. I was so excited that I won that too I was playing after long time. I need my money, πŸ™πŸ™

                            I have deleted my rummycircle account (ID-OJIR) on 28/8/22. The refund of my account balance 12500 is not refunded till this time. Whenever complaints to the support team they give same replay. And the time mentioned in their replay is already over. Doubts that whether the rummycircle. Com application is an online fraud.
