    My account was suspended without any reason when i wrote a mail to "[protected]@rummycircle.com" below response, when i asked them what kind irregularities i got no response after that there waswithout any reason they simply suspended, i was played only one to one points rummy, i didn't committ any fraud, please remove the suspension on my account. Allow me to withdraw my money.

        Hey I'm getting messages from rummycircle.
        They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

        For example message, i received today[protected]

          and i am share my experiance with play rummy on rummycirle.com
          i am waiting my winning amount from last 27 days

          I requested many times But my wallet amount not processed by rummycircle.com.
          I trying to 27 days.
          Every withdrawal request made by me are failed.
          only same reply for all emails i attached the history of my emails

            Hi Team Rummy Circle,

            I want to bring to your notice that I made an account on the rummy Circle app. Unfortunately i started playing without doing the KYC. Later, I tried doing the KYC and by mistake uploaded an aadhar card that already exists. I want to reset the KYC options to have control on the funds in my Rummy Circle Account.

            Requesting your support for a Re- KYC where I can upload my legit documents and have control on the funds in my account.

                    There are no pictures added in the complaint please add the pictures of the fraud players .
                    pehle aap ki side se mistake nahi bola jaara .

                    1) Rummycircle agar account block kiya tho aap log ne FAIRPLAY VIOLATION kiya tha shayad

                    for eg: collision with other players
                    invite a friend campaign missuse
                    providing fake documents
                    using some one else's documents
                    playing from unrestricted states by using fake gps .
                    Having multiple accounts creating with fathers name & brothers and mothers name and wife name
                    and playing like that definetely your account will be blocked

                    App log ne isi tharah kuch kuch mistakes kiya hoga isliye aapka accounts blocked kardiya Rummycircle.

                    Rummycircle clearly terms & condition of rummy rumble whenever you done any violation Terms & conditions they had right to block the accounts and forfeite the balance amount .
