I have been using to play the game with this user I'd (rahulraviap) i have an account balance 1059 in the account it was showing the blocked account so I have pursue to this unblock my account I'm requesting to the rummy team.

I was playing since last one year and suddenly they said you have played unfair game and captured 10800 I have more 21000 in my rummy account but they are not sending sending it to my bank details nor they are allowing me to play in this site. Take immediate action against this company...

My Name is indrajit Hembram. I have been playing fairly rummycircle since 2 years. I have placed a withdrawal request (withdrawal id[protected] on 30 june and expected date has expired now. But still hasn't succeeded my withdrawal request. also another IDs 54850004 has failed and there message was

Hi! Your withdrawal request on RummyCircle with ID: 54850004 could not be processed by the bank.(1st message).
And 2nd message was

Hi! Your withdrawal request of Rs.200 on RummyCircle has been successfully processed. Withdrawal ID: 54850004 Transaction ID:[protected] In case of any issue, please contact your bank!

After that I checked my withdrawal history and shows 'withdrawal failed' message. Then I have contact the bank. They told me that They did not rejected the money from rummycircle.
I have sent them(rummycircle.com) message many times and they promised me to solve it within 48 hours.But I has not get the solution till now.

I would request rummycircle.com to please solve my problem as soon as possible or delete my account permanently.

I will raised the complainant against the rummycircle.com.if I didn't get any response.

These rummycircle is number 1 fraud website .if you played and went to 1st position immediately they gonna block your account definetely

Firstly they block vino345939
secondly they block ashu0986448
and now they blocked my darshu965784 & kiran994586

they even removed my vino345939& ashu0986448 from the 1st positions also in rummyrumble tables.

only our two accounts darshu965784& kiran994586 but we have to be in top 4 positions
now we cant even able to withdraw the money which means rummycircle itself keeping the money by themselves .

If you are blocking our accounts and saying "we have been suspended accounts "what is meaning for that

see their team also giving same responses

I request the government to ban these websites .

Withdraw amount (of ₹800 on 30th June) shown successful and received message from Rummy circle, but the amount is not yet credited in the bank account.

After the request has been rejected, my account has been blocked.

As requested by them, I had sent them an email and had sent multiple reminders for the past 4 days to resolve the issue so that I can get back to playing, all I get back is an automated response "Your request "Ticket Id : XXXXXX" with Ticket Id- XXXX has been responded. To add additional comments, reply to this email."

My current Withdraw-able amount is INR 47, 012

If Rummy Circle doesn't want to have me as a player, the least they should do is give a reason and credit my account with my withdraw-able cash amount at the earliest

I had been with Rummy Circle for the past 4-5 years and had deposited tens of lakhs of rupees and my withdrawals from them are less than 1 %.

Had always been a very fair player, don't know any other way.

My experience over the years with respect to financial transactions has been very good with them, never had any issue - Infact used to feel as comfortable as I feel with my bank.

To play or not is upto us as nobody is forcing us, so I don't blame them for me losing high amount of money.

A day back I made a withdrawal request. Still it shows "Request undergoing checks" even after 36 hours. I've sent an email about this issue, but customer care replying as "It requires manual verification". How long does it take for manual verification? While other rummy apos have faster withdrawal process.
