I had deposited INR 5000 on 02-May-2022 and below are the details:

When requested for an update, it was mentioned that refund is initiated and will be credited back to my bank account within 5 - 7 working days and ticket was closed.
When I had requested for an update post 7 working days, I have been told the same and ticket was closed. Ticket Id - ID[protected], 11432031
When I had asked them to share legal contact details as I was not getting any update, my rummy account was closed and now nobody is responding to tickets. Ticket ID[protected]
it's more than 12 working days and still I haven't received my money back.
