    Sir, i have 1800 rs in my account and it has been blocked since24.05.2022 to till date and i am not able to play so please activate my account and rectify the issue as early as possible so that i can play my games and do transactions. Iam fair gamer and i am not doing any fraud. I have mailed my problem there is no respons please solve my problem

            Team,

            I had deposited INR 5000 on 02-May-2022 and below are the details:
            Rummy ID : Ace486222
            Order ID : Y5CUKEU8KU

            When requested for an update, it was mentioned that refund is initiated and will be credited back to my bank account within 5 - 7 working days and ticket was closed.

            When I had requested for an update post 7 working days, I have been told the same and ticket was closed. Ticket Id - ID[protected], 11432031

            When I had asked them to share legal contact details as I was not getting any update, my rummy account was closed and now nobody is responding to tickets. Ticket ID[protected]

            it's more than 12 working days and still I haven't received my money back.

              I have wrote several messages to your site but there is no reply for my query alone . So kindly take an action and reply to my complaint that would be so kind of you .

                Hello I submitted already registered bank account number so blocked my account and a mail from your side send a copy of bank passbook I send 10more times but reply from your side this problem started 20days before still no response from us. Resolve my problem qoluickly and don't give chance to complaint one more to us I really upset by your support team

                    Daily sending their promotion sms to my personal mobille number, i didn't even visited their website.. i don't know how they got my personal number..
                    i did request them to remove my number.. but they are not responding my mail.. i thing they are collecting peoples information then spamming .. so please take action against Rummy circle

                              Why no response from us i send minum 50mails to you but no response from us send an attachment of every mail but my issues not cleared and try to talk a person but can't by the tier of Rummy account how reach us they are request a copy of passbook but I send 10 times to you but reply mails same as a attachment I really upset by your support team anyone solve my issue I am fair player I cant wait to play please resolve my issuea

                                As your doing good job from your side but only for selected customers I think because I been submitted the complaint for past 30 days but you only ask about details and after submitting the details to you didn't reply for that complaint . Please take an action to withdraw the amount from my account .
