Even though I have completed my KYC on this site, if I give withdrawal, it takes more days to remit the withdrawal amount. I don't know the reason for taking 3 to 4 days to complete the process. I will fed up and cancel the withdrawal and play the game and loosing the money. and as well as I am suspecting playing with robot. If I gained more than Rs.500 that's all then I will start loosing the money until Rs. 0. I explain How i am loosing the money here, as a player most of the time I will get min, 3 jokers and more possibilities of getting rummy. But with in 2 rounds some one will finish the game. In this way only I am loosing the money. so that I am suspecting playing with robot. How I could sure, I am not playing with Robot or not.

I received a massage on my phone that your mobile number has linked with rummycircle account. But I have not linked it. I think any scammer did this. Please response if my mobile number is linked or not.

I have been playing rummy circle and am very concerned about the money I deposited.
If I was not on profit I would have stopped playing . But rummy circle sent me a misleading deposit statement and provided wrong information to make me beleive that I was on profit and the difference between withdrawal and deposit was not much.

This made me keep playing.

One give day when I checked my bank accounts I realized that I had lost close to a lakh which was not revealed in my deposit statement which was emailed to me by rummy circle. I can provide copy of the emails.

Now when I approach rummy circle customer care . They are not answering my questions but playing around and attempting to tire me and harass me .

They have taken my phone number promising to call me but without calling they have claimed to resolve my complaint.

Please help me get a resolution to this unfair practice by rummy circle through which they have lured players to deposit money without track and get them addicted to gambling.

as my account on rummycircle blocked by them.i had 10000 rs in my rummmycircle accout..iN MAIL DATED 16 TH MARCH FROM rummycircle team they told me they intiated refund and it will be credited in next 3-4 working days.but till date not received any refund.i write so many mails to support team but not getting any positive response from there side.hence i complaint here.i want my 10000 rs back.plz check n do needful help

I had raised ticket regarding refund of rs10000 to rummycircle team.they told me in their mail dated 16 th march that refund is initiated and I will receive it in next 3-4 working days.but till now I have not received any refund from rummycircle.Also i wrote so many mails to rummycircle support team but not getting any support or possitive response from their side.hence i decided to file complaint against the rummycircle

My r u my circle account was blocked it's been 1 week. I registered complaint in consumer complaints. But still it's not resolved. I have 500/- amount in my rummy circle account. I'm unable to withdraw. Please resolve my issue as early possible.

Rummy circle is a fake application and there is no customer support and while adding amount and playing cash games they are not verified profile while withdraw winning amount they are blocked my Profile ...my user id is kkreddy2002. And nearly 2months still not resolved my issue unable to reach customer support..they are not responding..it's a fake app plz don't download it

I got reply from them like the bank which I was linked to my rummy account it's already linked with some other account. So please share your bank passbook soft copy to this mail for the security reasons then we can unblock your account.
Immediately I shared the soft copy of my passbook.
Still the issue is not resolved.
Please resolve the issue and unblock my account as early as possible.

Hi this is pradeep n with u. My number is [protected], my profile name is fighter.. At 12.15am on 17.03.2022 l lost my mony for two pool 250+100=350₹ when i started game lts shown u have anet work complaints, at the same time i started 100₹game when mony was deducted the same complete.. At the same time i hot scratch card and i am able to check every thing in my remmy app.. Please sort out this issue as soon as possible and need to get back my mony. I hope as soon as possible will get my mony.
