I gave requested for withdrawal 17th Feb process still going on expected date 21 Feb I was sent more 10 emails regarding this I can't even proper Response except auto Reply there is no customer support for voice or non voice support very bad service

We are loosing our money and time
why they are not given instant withdrawal our money very very pathetic service

They are cheeting the people's

I will Raised the complaint against the rummucircle.com if I didn't get any response

Sir, i have 13500 rs in my account and it has been blocked since08.02.2022 to till date and i am not able to play so please activate my account and rectify the issue as early as possible so that i can play my games and do transactions. Rummy circle is cheating the people there no queries was resolved by any one they are editing the pic and sent the message as solve the queries why you are cheating like this

Hi, as per the investigation of your account, it was found that your ID is linked with multiple accounts which have already been closed on our portal due to activities that are against our company's policy.But I have never created multiple accounts .

Is this issue is related to login from other device..
So it is true that I have used my friends mobile last 7 to 8 days because my mobile is not working that's why I am using his phone to join contest...
But I don't know you policy related to this mistake I have done ..

My account is been blocked due KYC EXISTING I had account earlier. I myself blocked previous. Now I wanted reactivate but I couldn't activate previous account. I have created new account and uploaded KYC but it's failed. Then immediately my account was blocked by rummy circle. If it's against your company policy then go ahead and block the account permanent but send my balance which is mine truthfully
