    Sir, my kyc is under review for last 10 days on rummy circle.com . I want to withdraw cash but not able because of this kyc pending, my all details are right but their agent is saying that your name in document not matched with your account name . But sir my name is same at both place .

        I am trying to withdraw all my amount as I dont want to play but in the app I cant withdraw any amount, till i win a game. And the amount is also very small compared to the amount in the account.

                      I got this mail from rummy circle.com i updated my bank details but there is no option for wthdrawl and my balance shows only 6rs.
                      And after that they didnot give any confirmation whether i withdrawn my money from account or they transfer my money on to it.

                      (Kindly note that we have activated your account "samansh2003 ". Please update your bank details and revert back on mail with confirmation.

                      In order to change your bank details, you may click on "My Account" and then click on "Withdrawal".

                      Request you to please update the bank details properly without missing a single digit for smooth processing of withdrawal to your bank account.

                          KYC showing already associated with other ID

                          I never created any ID on Rummy Circle earlier however error msz is coming your adhar card already associated in our data base.

                          I have sent multiple emails but no response yet and even they are showing complaint resolved every time. I am really frustrated because of this fraud. The first customer care I have seen where no response is coming to customer even after being a genuine player. My email ID and mobile is verified how...
