KYC error

Hi,
I have been using rummy circle from last 1 week while playing rummy circle i win some amount and I would like to transfer to my account but before that I need update the KYC.
But when I am trying to add my Aadhar card front & back side images
"Due to some technical reason the files could not be uploaded at the moment" error is appearing.
I wrote so many mail to them but I received. computer generated reply.br...

I have been loosing constantly money in this site and I wrote an email to close my account permanently due to losses. These guys won't even close my account permanently nor they stop looting my money....
