Refund my deposit money

Sir in my game account balance have INR 2468 in 19Feb2021.
But 20feb2021 some transaction form my account "FDB capture" and cut my game balance INR2000. NOW in my account have INR469 . SIR that INR 2000 didn't credit in my bank account.
So sir where is my money gone. Plz refund my money in my bank account.
And what is FDB capture, ?...

Sir in my bank account has been creadit only inr15000. And INR25000 has been not credit in my bank account sir.

Withdraw not sending from 5 days

I placed a withdrawal on 10th on RummyCircle.com and there are not processing it from then. They say it takes 72 hours. But according to time calculations it's has been 102 hrs.. I wrote around 15- 20 emails and they won't even respond. Some guys reply the same 72hrs but before replying they won't even read the query properly. I think they are not educated or illeterates as the main question or query of the customer has to be answered but...

Withdrawal related

I requested a withdrawal of INR 4020 on 11th feb around 1.30 pm but it not credited to my bank account yet .
It is showing that they have placed the request with the bank but even after 72 hours i have no information about my money .
Is there any solution to this or they fraud like this ??
