    My username is prash7233975 and email address is [protected]@gmail.com just a few days ago i have registered in my 11 circle and deposited some money in it but there was no beat the expert contest so i mail about the same to them and they ask me to share screenshot and tell me to update my app and i do whatever they said after they said they have escalated my issue to concerned department and after they mailed me that my id is linked with multiple account how this is possible even i hadn't played a single cash contest and my account is just 1 day old and i also have deposited money in my account but rather to solve my issue they just block my account. This is how customer should be treated please help me to solve my issue

      Please unblock my account.My username is amitmitu24 and email address is [protected]@gmail.com.                       I am Krishna Bose, I opened a account in rummy circle and played and won some amount when I placed a withdrawal they won't even send the money. They won't even reply to emails. In their web site it's mentioned as 4-6 hrs withdraw will be credited to bank. But they won't send it. Wrote around 10 emails and they didn't even reply. Lost every single game played after that. This is not a genuine site. Take immediate action.

                                  At first i attempted to withdraw money from my account through a bank account but the account was already registered. The account was registered in my father rummy account. I didn't know the rule. Now i have given same account and same kyc so kyc is blocked i can't sumbit new account.                                         I have opened a new account with rummycircle.com and deposited and played some games. after winning some amount i wish to withdraw amount.
                                        for that they asked me for KYC verification process.
                                        but for my surprise they told me that document was already being used with some other account.contact customer care.
                                        i contacted them from past 3 days and they are saying we found some irregularities you can't do any cash transaction on my your account.
