My mistak from 2000rs send to this app
Please refund my money

I need to change my name which i have already entered it was not same as my name in bank account and other like aadhar card so there is some issues and my date of birth has been entered wrong so that i can't play cash games in it so please kindly make it fast to solve these problems make it fast i have sent u an gmail so please check it kindly make it fast i want to change my name in it as my bank account and also my date of birth thank you.

Theres issues in the web portal and also app.

I have never even visited your website, never even shown interest to see or to know how it works and unsure how you got my number. I have been getting msgs very often to my mobile about your offers and all the other garbage. Kindly avoid sending me mails or msgs. deregister from all our databases.

This is krishna rallapalli, user of rummy circle, from last two weeks iam unable to play cash games. When i click on play cash games, a pop up comes saying that' you are not able to play cash games and do cash transactions on this account'. I had contact rummy circle, to all the support mails but of no use. Please solve this issue

Sir, i have 30000 rs in my account and it has been blocked since10.03.2020 to till date and i am not able to play and also not able to withdraw money to bank account so please activate my account and rectify the issue as early as possible. These people make everyone win periodically making them to play more games. That's when they apply their own stategy to loot money. I know so many people playing rummy through rummy circle.com no one has won a single penny.. They advertise as like we can win cash prize but in reality we should spend our entire life waiting for the amount to be credited on the account..

I suspect rummy circle team have their own fake ids joining the table on equal ratio thereby not allowing anyone to win the game

I have my cousin's playing rummy as well, one day we joined the same table which was co incidence and we lost 2000 rs

But on the other day we won the table but rummy circle closed our account stating that we both played unfair games..
If such they should throw our ids on a different table since it is not in our hand to join or exit the table. Once if we click on start table loads up money gets deducted

They are cheating ppl with bots and their own algorithm which makes ppl win only if they load cash.. If you win.. It will make sure you loose with in next 5 games. No jokers no touches nothing.. Why aren't any one putting block on rummycircle all over india. Some states like telangana and odisha have already banned this game..

Money is not my concern to play this game but cheating people with false and fraud motivation is my concern. I may have lost around 20 - 25 thousands. No big deal.. But i want to play a fair game. Why did some states ban this game. And why some are not??

I uploaded wrong kyc details and my uploading kyc documents has blocked and i am not able to provide kyc documents as i was blocked.. And i have added 300 rupees in rummy circle through add cash, while withdrawal amount is only showing that i can only withdraw 15 rupees plz do help.. Plz see that my money be get to me.. Hi,
I was frequently complaining about their cards distribution method and suddenly they closed my account without my concern.
I was facing and finding there was some misleading in cards distribution as was continuously getting worse cards and without taking any single strike the deal was closed by someone.
This was not one time and happened frequently. So i made complaint whenever i was come across that situation.
I lost big money in that site and they closed my account since i asked about the details and to escape from my valid reasons.
If anyone who help me how to handle this and how to get refund from that site since their dealing is not fair. Like me so many people will be suffered as i guess and we want to stop such illegal gaming activities in india to save our people.
Please give your valid suggestions

I am playing rummy from last two years. I didn't violated any rummy rules. My account having 26000 rupees, when i try to withdraw or playing games it showing your account has been closed for security reasons.
Please solve my problem and reactivate my account.
