Account blocked / suspended

My account was suspended without any reason when i wrote a mail to "[protected]@rummycircle.com" below response, when i asked them what kind irregularities i got no response, without any reason they simply suspended. They didn't give details of irregularities in my account. I didn't committ any fraud, please remove the suspension on my account.

I was playing the second last game from where i faced network error after refreshing the game, switched too wifi and other networks it didn't worked out. In last game i was on winning side where the same thing happened and i lost 10650 INR. I raised the ticket of same thing but it didn't worked out. I have screen recordings of the same and pics recorded while playing the game.

                I've lost control of my account related to the play services to play the game and im unable to use my account balance to withdraw or play, its showing that the services are on hold due to the complaint of multiple-joint users on my account related to the benefits of multiple users in a single account I've also provided my bank passbook print copy as per the support team I've contacted via gmail and under the submission of the respected documents towards my account till now there is no response to me from the concerned teams that have to approve to my registered account
                Hope I'll see a response of re-activation of my account as soon as possible

                    They are sending me promotional messages and calling me every day on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website, and never subscribed, or logged in. I don't know how they got my phone number. They are spamming me with different numbers, and it is very impossible to block them all. I tried to block as many numbers as possible, but they keep contacting me from different numbers. I'm hoping this complaint will resolve my issue. Otherwise, I have to get a new phone number and update all official documents with the new number, which is very time-consuming and tedious.

                                Spam otp in a financial fraud attempt

                                Hi Rummy circle,
                                I'm getting continuous otp from your website and I have never even visited your website. Please stop sending this or else I'll have to reach out to cyber complaint department for mentally harassing me and financial fraud.
                                This has happened in past also and not at all accepted. Please take appropriate action....
