    Since last few months i am been spammed by rummycircle.com with free acount/virtual cash. Never visted this website. Still gets spammed regularly with different account number. No way to block this. Please take action against it. The way they are spamming is by giving credits to lure users into their app. Fed up of this and i am seeking your help to block this.

        I have found your cheating technique.
        When i playing srt shooter that time your card will very bad even not single rummy for game end time.
        I have proof also i was played 6 rounds all round no rummy no joker even every time 80 points.
        If your think i don’t know about rummy check my cash games history how much time played and won.
        I think your cheating two methods
        1. Only your favouring who is your regular or elite and platinum customer, (Big money deposit and played, losing).
        2. Your creating dummy name to play every tournament and win you (System) only.
        Proof i have
        Once some name won first time and second time that person win finally because even i am not sort also but someone won then he got 80*5.

        If you’re supporting big money customers please tell me don’t believe tournaments and keep cash gams only.

        Note. 3 months playing single tournament not won but i will won all cash games.
        This reason i am very disappointing.

        If you think cards are randomly giving and your a un lucky fellow. That’s correct but only tournament games un lucky and cash games lucky.
        All angle i think about your game and i am playing some other companies games, but like you they are giving cards at least playing type and it will take at least 3 to 6 min to complete one round.
        But your case round start it will not came my turn before that someone win i will lose 80 then next time same person what the he’ll..

                                  My user id is banosyeda19 and my rummycircle account was closed as i had provided wrong bank details and i received a mailer stating i need to send my passbook for reopening my account. Its been 2 days since i have shared my passbook and i have written several mails but none from the customer service team has responded to my query. Surprisingly, customer service number shared for diamond customer is switched off so there is no way i can contact rummy circle team. I had a balance of rs 12, 000/- in my account and now i am worried as no one responding to my query.in case you have decided to close my account then please transfer my money to the account number mentioned in the mailers.

                                    Hello,

                                    My user id is jaya0763

                                    I have updated invalid bank account details in my rummy circle account, and request one withdrawal request.

                                    I have contacted the bank as well, they told me that they haven't received any amount for both the invalid and valid account as well. Please reverse my amount back to my rummy circle account, or please provide the payment details such as reference number and payment transaction number if you have processed.

                                    I tried to contact rummy circle customer support, nobody try to help me.

                                    If this is issue is not resolved, please confirm i can file a case against rummy circle using the below address.

                                    The withdrawal amount is still not reversed back to my Rummy Circle account.

                                    I would like to get the Payment reference number if they proceed the withdrawal but they are not provide any details on this.
