Hi team,

My user id is banosyeda19 and my rummycircle account was closed as i had provided wrong bank details and i received a mailer stating i need to send my passbook for reopening my account. Its been 2 days since i have shared my passbook and i have written several mails but none from the customer service team has responded to my query. Surprisingly, customer service number shared for diamond customer is switched off so there is no way i can contact rummy circle team. I had a balance of rs 12, 000/- in my account and now i am worried as no one responding to my query.in case you have decided to close my account then please transfer my money to the account number mentioned in the mailers.

My user id is jaya0763

I have updated invalid bank account details in my rummy circle account, and request one withdrawal request.

I have contacted the bank as well, they told me that they haven't received any amount for both the invalid and valid account as well. Please reverse my amount back to my rummy circle account, or please provide the payment details such as reference number and payment transaction number if you have processed.

I tried to contact rummy circle customer support, nobody try to help me.

If this is issue is not resolved, please confirm i can file a case against rummy circle using the below address.

My rummycircle account username is demu5679. My account is not opening since the account was blocked from 3 weeks due to security reasons.
Please open my account asap. Till then i cannot play any cash games or withdraw amount from my rummy circle account.

I'm going to file a complaint against rummycircle site since its a fraud site and none of them are responding to my emails. I have received an email support team that it is it is still under investigation from 3 weeks and then there is no reply from any team. I have been mailing them everyday but none from the team is taking any required action.

My rummycircle account user name is jj7777. I was created my account 3 days ago. I was created my account through my friend link i was played games two days. Then another day my account was not opening then the displayed the account were blocked for security reasons.
So please open my account as soon. Till then i cant play or withdraw my money in my rummycircle account.

I play points rummy in rummycircle 1point=0.1paisa
I finished my game with 0 points
But opposite player count shows wrong.
I.e., rummy circle app is wrong.
Already I lost money lot oftimes
I had proper evidence please humble request compensation is more than 50lac
