Hi team, I informed support and fair play team on october 16th 2017 about my issue in multiple mails and calls. Till now i have not received any confirmation from your end. They are not even responding to my mails and the worst is their customer care voip service is unavailable from when i raised a complaint. Rummy circle frauded me i played rummy in rummy circle 3 times i win some money but rummy circle doesn"t credited my winning amount in my rummy balance i send them mail also but they did not reply me and not giving any ans of my call and also they debited my balance.
