I bought a 3BHK flat in Runwal Garden City, Dombivali, in 2024. I received the flat in June 2025 with numerous issues.
1) The possession process was not smooth.
2) The handover process was terrible.
3) Received the flat in uncleaned conditions. It took more than 1 month by the FM team to clean the house.
4) The tower work is not completed, and they handed over my flat. Every day there is a maintenance in the tower which is impacting my family with 2 kids and senior citizen who are staying in 24th Floor. Everyday lifts are not working, water supply cut, electricity cut.
5) The design of the flat is terrible. All the switches are located below where a 1-year-old can also reach. Also, there is an electric shock when the switches are off. I am not sure who has approved the design and how it was passed by RERA.
6) There are leak from the kitchen platform.
7) Putty are coming out from the wall.
8) Bathroom windows are not properly aligned.
9) Facility Management are not responding half the time and talking very rudely. Was this information helpful? |
