Runwal Group — Car damage due to gate locking and non-availability of security person to open it

An incident at around 8 pm last night my car was damaged due to no opening of security gate.
Yesterday I was told that the security is not deciding this but society is on asking around in group it was clear that runwal group has decided it.
I pay maintenance charges regularly on time and still they do not see of our convenience.

Security personnel is fighting with me and saying that I am a bad driver and a car can go from the small gate that they keep open.

This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be paying any society charges till my expenses are recovered.

Btw after the fight they have opened the other gate completely - so apparently now it’s fine to open the gate.
Furthermore they have refused to take responsibility or provide cctv footage of the said situation.
