Runwal Group — Flat booked but not registered so far

I have booked a flat in Runwal City - Dombivli. this is ready to move flat, while booking it was told to me that with in 7 days of loan approval i can register for flat. I got my loan approval with in 7 to 8 days, since then i am checking when we can register and get this flat. almost 20 days passed, but no one have clarity when can i register. i need my money refund with one month interest
