Runwal Group — Refund of token amount EOI 27000 rs

I have been following up with the Runwal group Thane (Lands end project) since 17th March 2024 for cancellation and refund of my EOI amount.

I am struggling to get any confirmation and specific date of refund from them and everytime when I call them, they say, you will get the refund shortly. It's been 8 months now and no proper communication from them and also the Refund is not received yet.

Its my hard earned money, i need my refund asap.
