Runwal Group — Refund of token amount RS 3000 Rs

Dear Team,

I had seen an flat at T23 1501 Runwal ganden city Dombivli East.

I paid Rs 30000 Rs through UPI to runwal group on 11 Dec2024 as an token amount. At the time of paying other then verbal warning nothing was given in written that the token amount wont be refundable if cancelled the booking.

Due to some domestic issue in my life I had to cancel the booking and the same was informed to runwal group on 03rd Feb through mails and messages.

I badly need the refund due to my domestic condition right now.
Request to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
