Dear team

Has per below mail we have done booking on 25 June & we start process & paid token same day of amt 51, 000/- token but when we reach 26 June we came to know that we had been refer by our friend Mr Sachin & there was big mistake done internally by runwal we where done wrong tagging

So you can find below email we did follow up for 1½ month to clear our issue & get sorted so we can move further booking, so we follow up on call, mail whatsapp, with Site head & all head of runwal dept that when it will get clear & sorted so we can pay rest 9% & apply for loan process

But almost many month took to sort so now there was much much delay frm runwal end & every call there was next Saturday Sunday

So now situation is that my family member got admitted at hospital i required funding of 7-8 lacs rupees to spend on medical treatment

So required my booking amount to refund so delay is not frm our end but due to emergency situation we are getting back & need to plan in future of buying house

So request runwal has good gesture kindly refund our booking amount

Kindly discuss with Mr chetan, Mr Piyush gandhi & Mr Shreyash Khare head, even my friend also follow up to clear issue

So it's now emergency situation so kindly go through below mail & refund our amount

We have already waited for longer period to get the confirmation from you. But having waited for almost 1 and half month just to get correct tagging done from your side, we are now hesitate to proceed further. Hence, we are taking back from the process and do not wanted to go ahead with it and also we are facing some serious medical issues at home as my Mother is hospitalised which will incurred the huge amount for her further treatment so, even if we opt for the further procedure, we would not be able to arrange it.

As it was already delayed from your side and considering our current situation, would request to reverse back the booking amount.

Early support would be highly appreciated.

Now it's 20 July still your ans is that we have process to HO final approval.

Atleast convey a truth to customer we also work in office but we don't give bluff lie to customer that this Thursday next Thursday

Or else don't run a program called like reference benefit of 1%

Also lady Ms Marita she is not bother to atleast reply a mail she is just on mail cc just to watch mail follow up nor she convey correct msg to my friend who is following up for so long time for just reference benefit
