I booked a 1BHK flat (Building A1, Flat no 1502) in Runwal 25 hourlife project in Manpada, Thane West on 28 January 2024 after my 4th visit.
Deal is finalized after agreeing for total price of Rs 79, 06, 491 including possession charges and car parking by your team ( Virendra, Hemant Jadhav. Sheetal More and Ekta) and myself.
I handover a booking amount of 2 lakhs Cheque to them and signed Booking application form. Also submitted PAN and Aadhar card with passport size photos to them.
Your team member Sheetal More and Ekta
requested me to bring my family on same day in the evening at 8 pm for celebration of booking of flat.
They insisted us to ring the bell as per your tradition and announced my booking of flat Building A flat 1502 in the hall by your team. They taken photos while handovering Booking receipt and chocolate sweet Box with my family.
They said that I will get a call from CRM within a week for Registration of aggreement and payment of remaining booking amount.
After 2 weeks, when I not got any call from CRM, I approached Ekta sell team member, she said that sir signing is pending from management. It will take 2 to 3 days.
For more than month, when I call her, she is saying same words, sir, signing is pending from management. It will take 2 to 3 days.
She is also not sharing me CRM or head office email ID.
Your sell team member Sheetal More is not bother to receive my call when I call her multiple times( unprofessional behaviour).
Please update me, my booking of flat.
I am attaching Booking application signed form and Cost sheet.
