Safari Bags — Bad customer service

I got my bag last year, it is still in the warranty but the dealer asked me to contact company and did not change my bag and the company and the customer service department is has not responded to my emails and phone calls since last 25 days. I have tried doing everything but nothing worked out for me. First of all their bag was of poor quality so it was broken and they don’t even have the curtesy to respond to customers concerns.
I do not recommend any safari bags to anyone now. Very poor quality bags and zero after sales service.
