I bought a safari HAWK PLUS Lugguage bag in September 2017 with a five years warranty. But before the completion of 5 years, the handle and wheels of bag are broken. I request to company to do the needful as the bag is still under warranty. I have informed the Safari customer care by mail on 7th August -2022 ( because they don't pick up the phone ). I have sent them warranty card copy and pic of bag etc, but they are still insisting on to send them some factory printed stiched lable tag, which is not traceable/ available in the bag. They have wasted my 12 days like this. I don't know, how to avail my warranty now. Was this information helpful? |
