I had purchased a bag it got damaged within 6 months when given a request for a replacement. your customer care is just trying to fool around.
they send a LR on 2nd May for dispatch to be done on 4th May. when tried to track the LR after 4th May. couldn't track it, so wrote to your customer care. they just pasted the same mail several times, making a fool of me. and after that, they stopped replying to my email
When tired on call the customer care on 18th May. they said it will be dispatched by 20th May. When I contact them today i.e. 22nd May. still, they don't have any update on the dispatch.
