I purchased a safari backpack bag of model maze of colour teal on 22nd October 2022 from naval base, Kochi. Within one week o[censored]se it's small compartment torn.
I registered a complaint in customercare of safari on 5th November through e-mail and my complaint ticket ID is 69175. On 7th November they mailed me that they need my name, contact number, photo of warranty card and invoice copy to register my complaint. On the same day I mailed all the details.
On 10th November i have received a mail from safari team where they mentioned that they forwarded the complaint to the concerned team and they will give a resolution in 2 working days. But I didn't get any resolution till now. Please do the needful.
