[Resolved]  SAHAJ TATHYA MITRA KENDRA,KHATUL — Prayer for returned my deposited amount with reasonable compensation.

Address:Burdwan, West Bengal

To The Reliance Communication Limited. Reliance House, 34 Chowrangee Road, 4th Floor, Kolkata 700071. Sub:-Prayer for returned my deposited amount with reasonable compensation. Respected sir, With due respect, this is to inform you that I Anirban Mukherjee, Vill+P.o – Mithani, Dist – Burdwan, here-by inform you that I received an invitation about a VLE from the Reliance Communication in 2008 to a meeting in ‘Burdwan Bhaban’, where a representative of the District Magistrate, was also present. At the end of the meeting I was informed that to create a VLE, I had to pay Rs.5000 only and the rest amount shall be arranged by a loan provided by the Reliance Communication, United Bank Of India. Since I am unemployed and there is no body involved in a permanent job, I had to overcome certain hardships to create a draft of Rs.5000 and send it on 15th April 2008. I was there after informed that I had to submit three Rs.100 stamp papers, a Xerox copy of the document of my bank account including eight copies of my photograph. Then it was told that the training could not take place in Asansol but in Burdwan where the machines will be provided and the first installment shall be given after 6 months of the maturity of the loan. I started training in Burdwan and received an appreciation letter on 24th April 2008. When the training ended I was informed that there will be a delay of 7 days receiving the machines because many of those were used for transportation, After 15 days, there was a further delay in getting the machines for 10 more days. After another 10 days I came to know that the bank which was supposed to give the loan had declined and therefore another organization shall provide it. Again I was asked to present my Voter Identification card, ration card, letters of acknowledgement from Municipality Councilor, stamp worth Rs. 300 along with a voter card, ration card, pay slip, pan card, passport-size photograph of a person appointed in a Government job and a bank statement. I was flabbergasted and asked for an alternate way but they insisted on it. I was then asked to produce a letter from the bank manager of my stated bank in a given format who charged another Rs.100 for it. Even after knowing I was unemployed, I was asked to produce my Pan card but on my request they decided to consent on a photocopy of my application form for a pan card which cost me another Rs.500. Then they asked me to produce a proof that I was in acquaintance with a gazette officer. After everything I presented, I was asked to do it all over again because Gautam Maity had left the job which I presented. A few days later I was asked to make insurance worth Rs.3700 with the organization giving us loans and also informed that we will receive an amount Rs.5000 after the VLE starts from the Reliance Capital. After a lot of physical, mental and financial harassment, I was highly discouraged when my mother suffered from brain tumor and I requested the authorities not to ask for more money. If possible kindly provide me the machines or return me the overall money that was charged from me. It has been 6 years yet I did not get a reply from your authorities. Thus I kindly request you to grant my appeal of returning the machines or the expenses along with considerable compensation interest within 15 days. Thanking You Anirban Mukherjee C/O Madan Mohan Mukherjee Vill+Po- Mithani Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal. Pin no- 713371, Mob-[protected].
