In Our Area Village KHATUL which is in District Hooghly in State West Bengal,recently a SAHAJ TATHYA MITRA KENDRA has been established.But the owner of that organisation charging extra R.S 5/- for paying electricity bill,phone bill from every bill payer.In our Area people has no idea about SAHAJ TATHYA MITRA KENDRA and they also dont know any bill paying in SAHAJ TATHYA MITRA KENDRA is absolutely free.
