My mother Manju Bathwal has opened 4 RD accounts with Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited. Two RD accounts were started on same date 01/12/2012 and the remaining two were started on 31/05/2012 and 30/08/2012 respectively. The RD accounts are named as Sahara M. Benefit and they have a fixed term of 5 years. These accounts were matured in year 2017. From that year till now in present day 26th November 2020 only an amount of rupees 15000 is received.
We have invested a huge amount in this company and now we are suffering because of it. We have also invested in Sahara Q Gold Mart Limited on 07/09/2012 in the name of my mother. That too is matured on 2017 and still not received. I am complaining this matter to you to look into the same and give me an immediate response. The above mentioned RD account numbers and gold certificate shall be attached for further details.

I visited several time to the concerned branch manager but he refused to pay my maturity amount of Rs. 104480/- My father can't be saved without this operation. My parents had done FD 10 years back but in March month FD date is completed. They are asking my old parents to come in this Covid situation every month in Sec-4 bokaro branch but not providing our money. They are only harassing my parents and not giving any solution.

I have purchased 3 Sahara Q shop FDR, from sawai madhopur rajasthan, amount of fd is 20000+20000+30000, these are matured in 2018 & 2019, but sahara is not give payment, why is sahara is not responding, ,

Sahara India maturity claim unpaid due to SEBI's ( a govt wing ) and MSCA's ( a govt wing ) unsatisfactory activities . They show activities or ruled as they are doing for public security but it doesn't have till now . SEBI demanded or ordered to Sahara India to deposit as much money . How many people has received any payment information against Sahara India given by SEBI . When Sahara India objected by SEBI that deposit on false record than SEBI should inform each depositor by getting records from Sahara India with attachment of pay order . Either getting payment from Sahara India branch or from selected bank by submitting pay order and other documents as required . SEBI might collect all information from paid organization. Bur Govt wings are not interested to solve the public problems they are only to create problems for public. Any company banned by SEBI till now unsolved . Means investors or depositors are wondering to get their payment and SEBI has banned the companies and investigation is going from last 2012 as I looked. Therefore it is required for government to ban SEBI only in status unsuccessful organization. Public should move against SEBI or such such govt wings who are inactive or unsuccessful to solve public problems from a long time. Till under RBI Sahara India was a best organization in the past.

मी दिनांक 29/04/2017 ला 18 महिने करीता आपल्या कंपणीकडुन FD काढण्यात आलेली होती. सदर FD ची मॅच्युरीटी दि.29/10/2018 ला होती परंतु 2 वर्षाचा कालावधी लोटुनही मला रक्कम मिळालेली नाही. आपल्या कार्यालयात संपर्क केला असता 2 महिण्यात मिळेल, 3 महिण्यात मिळेल अशा प्रकारचे टाळाटाळ करीत आहेत.
मला अत्यंत आवश्यकता असल्यामुळे सर्वप्रथम प्राधान्य मिळेल अशी अपेक्षा करतो.
सोबत FD ची छायांकित प्रत जोडण्यात येत आहे.

My mausi is a widow lady having no children, Her financial condition is bad and totally dependent on these deposits. she has already submitted all the documents to Authorsied centre, but not received the deposit amount, Person and agent are harassing them saying that there is no fund, She is helpless. Even i have also tried to contact him but Centre BM is not responding.

We request you to kindly look into the matter, and let us know by when she will receive the money. She is in deep shock as because of non receipt of money. This is affecting her health. Is this the way Shara treats to widow and helpless. if any thing happens to her sahara will be only responsible.

Looking forward for your response. if you will not resolve it then we will raise this issue to consumer forum.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that my hard-earned money which I have invested with your company got matured during 2018. Since then, I have been following up now and then with your company to receive/transfer my maturity amount, but with a lot of disappointment, I want to share that till now I haven’t received my amount, despite repeated requests to release the amounts of our matured fixed deposit certificates. I have invested in the name of my wife, two daughters, and myself. I have no business for the past two years and I'm in dire need of money as I and my family is going through financial struggles and bad health as well. I am a kidney patient and I have no money for treatment.

God forbid, if anything happens to my health then my family will suffer a lot, as they have no one.

The following amounts were matured but still I have not received money. Sahara Agent is not giving a proper response.

2. Enrollment/ participation in the scheme of Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited: Appx. INR 30, 720 (maturity date 15.10.2020)

Total amount to be collected from Sahara India is more than INR 58, 000
