I purched gold coin on 18/01/2013 by recept no.[protected] from branch no. 2424 through the introducer no.[protected].On the date of maturity (18/01/18) I applied through the introducer for pammannt in cash as my husband is a cancer patient. Till date no payment is made. Kindly arrange to make such payment.
