Dear sir.
i have started scheem in Real State Bond on 23/07/2010 of 300rs for 60 months.
A/C no. Is [protected]
Name. Shivam Tayal.
But unfortunetly co. Has closed this scheem in a year till then i have deposited rs 3600 .
That time your local office ensure me that now you will found your deposited amount with full intrest after 5 years. But still i have not received any clearence by your end.even 8 years completed

      Please be informed that, I had taken a scheme “SAHARA M. BENEFIT” under SCCSL as on 30 may 2013 for 5 years, through agent “Dharmendra Kumar Sahani” at Sahara office Campierganj, Gorakhpur (UP).

      Details are-

      Installment- 1000/- per month for 5 years

      Kindly note that scheme already got matured on 30 may- 2018 and after been one & half month when I am asking for the money returned, there is no response either from Agent or the manager and even no one is ready to listen my query. During a talk with agent I got to know that head office of Sahara Lucknow has released order to pay but I don’t understand on what basis Campierganj Sahara office is not releasing my cheque.

      I am in a requirement of money very badly. Request you to look into this matter and help to get my money back.

          Sir I have been associated with Shahara Parivar from last 7 years and half months. As everyone aware of company situation.i was unemployed since October lockout and in the month of April I became handicap financially and I have to join in another company. When I heard about reopening of aamby I became happy and now I want to join family one again though I have resigned. Please help me in this Regard.

            Dear Sir,

            I have taken a sahara Gold plan from jodhpur frenchise branch kudi Rajasthan. I have payed the co installment rs.450/-in every month till 48 months regular basis and the first payment of RS.15000/-.Sahara himself stop the plan and branch people says that payments are not receiving under this plan and the plan is closed by the co without any prior information.Now, they have told me you will get the maturity on date maturity on the plan.Now the plan is maturity but yet the payment is not received branch people daily making fool to the clients force them to invest in other plans instead of get them maturity plan.They really makes client BESAHARA Please find the attachment for plan no.

              I had purchased FD under Sahara India Unique Scheme for 30000/- ( 15000x 2) on 15 jan 2008 ( copy of certificates enclosed). Its maturity date was 15/01/2018. After maturity I have claimed the maturity amount at Sahara India office, Darauli, Mairwa, Siwan. I have also contacted Sahara India Darauli Branch Manager sri Mohan Kumar Mobile No. [protected] and requested to payment of matured FD. He said that you have to wait for some times for getting matured amount. During last 7 month I visited several times to the same office and replied of the manager was same that you have to wait for some time. He did not assure me that you will get the maturity amount on any fixed date.

              It is very inconvenient for me to visit now and again to the office for enquiry.
              Sir, I belong to poor family. I have not any saving besides this. In absence of matured amount, I am facing many difficulties in my day to day life.
              Therefore, you are requested that kindly give necessary direction for issuing of matured amount and oblige me.

                Myself shri narayan shrivastava has deposited my hard earned money in sahara india patna branch. I am retired 5 years back in the year 2013. I am already 65 yrs old and my health is also not good (Diabitic since last 18 yrs). My wife is also under tretament of high blood pressure.

                At this stage of my life (Age and health), i dont have so much strength to run after my money so i decided to contact the head office.

                Kindly do the needful and help me in withdrawal of deposited money so that i can live a peaceful retired life.

                Please forward it to the concerned person.

                  I had purchased FD under Sahara India Unique Scheme for 45000/- ( 9000 x 5) on 13 Nov 2007 ( copy of certificates enclosed). Its maturity date was 13/11/2017. After maturity I have claimed the maturity amount at Sahara India office, Sohsarai, BiharSharif Nalanda. I have also contacted Sahara India Sohsarai Branch Manager Sh. Kaushlendra Kumar Mobile No. [protected] and requested to payment of matured FD. He said that you have to wait for some times for getting matured amount. During last 9 month I visited several times to the same office and replied of the manager was same that you have to wait for some time. He did not assure me that you will get the maturity amount on any fixed date.

                      We were having small recurring deposits in the Sahara India Ltd. After completion of the duration period in 2008/09 and as per agent guidance and advice we have deposited some amount under Real Estate & Sahara Housing Bond Scheme in the year 2008/09.
                      In the year 2012-13 all of sudden it had been communicated to us by Sahara Agent and branch managers that the money will be easily redeemed if convert all bonds to Sahara Q shop Unique Product Range Limited & Sahara Q Shop north otherwise the money will be blocked. Hence all our bonds are converted to Sahara Q shop Unique Product Range Limited & Sahara Q Shop North in 2012-13 and the bond details are as under:-

                      The bonds are not yet linked to Aadhar while all bank account even mobile phones are linked to aadhar and not putting any effort to link it.
                      Accordingly these bonds are getting matured in 2018.
                      But it is surprising fact that while we enquired at Sahara branch the branch manager Mr.Rakesh Ranjan Sinha said that, “your bonds were converted to some other bonds 4 months before and that will be matured after six year.
                      Kindly be noted that all these done without our consent and knowledge. Previously when we are making any deposit or convert it is always required ID proof and photo graph.
                      But Now how the people convert the bonds without any proof before 4 month and not even inform us? We just not understand what is their intension?
                      We asked who has done this and we are totally unknown about the matter since it is already done before 4 month. Then the manager says that;” we will inquire and get you back”.
                      After two days when we go the branch the branch manager Mr. Rakesh Ranjan Sinha says that, ” Mr . Dillip Kumar Patel is the assistant branch manager he has done this, its his guilty and we are not aware of the fact”.
                      Then Mr. Patel and the branch manager both are saying that Now Sahara India is not return any money against Q shop bonds hence you must accept this converted bonds. We have not any responsibility to redeem the bond. You can redeem it from SEBI (Securities & Exchange Board of India). They are able to show any letter or notification for this.
                      Yesterday on 12th June My wife meet with the branch manager he is now denying to listen. He finally saying Sahara India will not redeem the bonds whatever you may want to do or to go to court we can’t pay for the bonds.
                      The Branch Manager Mr Sinha and Mr. Patel say is also denying to give receiving of any letter we write to them or may submit the bond for redemption.
                      Therefore we request your kind office to help us to get bonds redeemed, justice and save us as well as some other investors.

                        Sir, I am purchaged 02 (two) bonds (SAHARA"T") on 28.12.2005 of Rs. 5000/- each, bearing No. [protected] & [protected]. As per bonds the maturity of above amount on 28.02.2018. I am all relevent documents have been deposited in the respective branch but my maturity amount have not been clear till date. Hence, it is requested that instruction for branch manager, Dighwara branch may kindly be issue for payment of my matured amount at the earliest please.

                        further the demand of my matured amount have been reached at Dighwara branch but branch manager told with me the above amount re-invest.But I am not agree. My Mobile No. is [protected] .
                        Sir I belong to Madhubani district in Bihar.My party's never gave any original passbook and kyc still my party's payment voucher has been debited by F c worker Basaith.my party's scheme was M Benefit.now FC Basaith has been closed .so many party's are bother. So what should I do.plese give me solution.

                              My FD in sahara bank it is matured now . Agent said to me that we need to again deposit it for two year otherwise it will be gone..
                              Sir As i approch to you because i need money so much this time.
                              But aal agent of sahara are not responding.

                                I have invested in one of Sahara India Fixed Deposit scheme. The scheme has matured in June 2018, I approached to Sikar branch for bank transfer of maturity payment. The branch staff said you can't withdraw the maturity amount they said we will not be able to pay your maturity amount at the movement due to funding crunch, your are requested to reinvest your maturity amount in another fixed deposit scheme for next 2 to 3 years than only your maturity amount would be transfer to your account. Please help me in transfer of maturity amount. I am in need of my hard money.

One of your agent gorakh nath mishra has created miss behave. He has not given me passbook and he has cheated with my money and he has not deposited my in sahara bank.

                                    सहारा प्रणाम सर, मुझे आप से यह बताते हुए दुख हो रहा है कि मार्च 2017 को पूरा हो चुका एमाउण्ट सवा साल से ऊपर हो चुका है लेकिन अभी तक नहीं मिला, आप से भी कई बार अवगत करा चुका हूँ लेकिन कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला हमारे की तरह बहुत से कार्यकर्ता हैं जो मैनेजर के द्वारा उत्पीड़ित है और सहारा दोहरीघाट ब्रांच से कार्य करना छोड़ रहे हैं मैं भी मैनेजर के दुर्व्यवहार से दुखी होकर काम करने का मन नहीं कर रहा है सालभर से ऊपर का पूरा हो चुका एमाउण्ट नहीं मिल रहा है और करेन्ट एमाउण्ट बड़े लोगों को मिला है दोहरीघाट सहारा ब्रांच की स्थिति इस मैनेजर के आने के पहले क्या था और आज क्या बूरा हाल है गया है जो कर्मथ कार्यकर्ता थे वे आज इनके उत्पीड़न से छोड़ रहे हैं आये दिन आफिस में कभी कार्यकर्ता से तो कभी पार्टी से झगड़ा हो जाता है समय रहते इस मैनेजर पर एक्शन नहीं लिया गया तो सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ता कार्य करना छोड़ सकते हैं दोहरीघाट ब्रांच की स्थिति क्यों डावाँडोल हो रहा है इसका मूल कारण मैनेजर हैं ये कभी अपनी कुर्सी छोड़कर जनता से सवांद नहीं करते और तो और उल्ते जनता व कार्यकर्ता पर चढ़ बैठते हैं सर आप से विनती है कि तुरन्त इस मैनेजर रुपी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए धन्यवाद सर...

                                      It is highly regretted to mention that even after maturity of policies from the account no of [protected] and [protected] we are not able to get back matured money as per your rules.in this regard so many communications have been done since last 1& half year with your concerned filed officials but not able to do anything good for us.
                                      My policies were under sahara credit cooperative society ltd from branch rampura, dist-neemuch (Mp) with membership no of [protected] and [protected].
                                      On the basis of above details and cause please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                        मै शिवानन्द यादव 'सहारा इन्डिया' मे हमने पैसा जमा किया 3साल के लिए अपनी पत्नी नीलम देवी के नाम पर जिसका certificate न.[protected], 95, 96, 97, 98 है total 100000/- 3साल[protected] मे पुरा हो गया तो हमने बताया तो मैनेजर ने बोला कि अभी दो महिने का वक्त लगेगा

                                        तो हमने मान लिया उसके बाद हम 6महिने बाद हमने अपने पैसे के लिए दुबारा बोला और फोन पर भि बात हुई जब हमारी मैनेजर से बात हुई उन्होने बोला कि आपका पैसा नही मिलेगा और मिलेगा भि तो 20-25 दिन टाईम लगेगा और बोला कि अगर मिलेगा तो आधा पैसा सहारा इन्डिया मे फिर से जमा करना होगा

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I had invested in Sahara Housing before then agnet Jaswinder Singh walia from Mohali told me to convert in Q shop and taken some additional amt also and now when the maturity came they are again telling to FD the amount for 2 years.
                                        what is the solution pls advise.
