We were marketted this packers by mr. Chittaranjan in bangalore who agreed on 50% payment at the time of loading and 50% after delivery of the goods and the car. The loading happened on 26th oct and today is 13th november we have still not received our car which was loaded on 26th oct. We got a call from sahara packers on around 3rd of november demanding full payment to get the car delivery, in a very threatening way, we made the rest 50% payment as it was anyways due and have shared the transactions details with the packers they have received the full payment on 6th of november. Post that we are trying to reach the concerned persons mr. Shukla of sahara packers who has stopped picking up our calls even once he tried to evade while picking up the call he denied his own identity. We are hopeful to this forum and want the car in proper condition along with the compensation for the delay. Since the last couple of days we are at least calling mr. Jitesh modi (Whose number is mentioned in their website) several times a day bit still have not got any resolution.

Customer to have opted sahara packers from bangalore to shift to mumbai.

Mr jagdish sharma of sahara movers and packers guwahati has packed a lcd tv for dispatch. He has been delaying the dispatch for almost 6 days giving different excuses and now he is not giving us the tracking number of dispatch but he is saying tv has been dispatched. We are not getting any clue about our tv has been dispatched or not. He has been making excuses that his mobile is not working and what not. We are seriously getting clueless.

I booked my goods from chennai to hyderabad, began they collect the goods they commited very perfectly and after they did pathetic service.. Many goods are broken, i received some goods are yesterday, after i realise many things are missing... 2 wheeler and 2 cycles, 2 cylinders, 1 folded iron cot, and many mislenious things, wat it received in that also many kitchen things broken... And my double cot plywood broked in to prices... They will number the material, that's y many material got scratches and pressed in side... Yesterday night i ask them wat about my losed goods, they are telling pay 5000 and will send those things, they have with them, they sended pics also... But they are not delivering, and they are telling before packing itself my things broked so only it's damaged now... And they are telling they can't give my cylinder and they are narrating story it's caught by police... They didn't even inform me these days.. After i ask they are telling... Nearly they charged 27000 but i didn't receive proper goods, they took insurance amount also which is cover for 1 lakh... Amount of paid 3000 for insurance also... They are talking very rood and twisting words, and with cheap behaviour... Now they are telling transfer 5000 they will send some goods which they have,... They are not giving any anser which i losed because of them... Please give me reply for this... And i am waiting for reply.. I am planning to give a police complaint... Because with conversation they are not listening and they are not telling give police complaint also, they are not at all giving correct response for anything.. Now they have my material which is cost near to 90, 000...

As per conversation my stuff should reach at their place on time but the officer didn't give true answer and put my stuff in godown. It's very ridiculous way to talk with customer and at last when i got my luggage its damaged and one of my kitchen stuff box also lost from their side. Firstly officer give trust and confidence about our transferable and said not to worry about money but on next day he told that if i not transfer money to his account he will not allow my stuff to transfer. This is very terrific and misguide for me. And i got my luggage after 6days with damage and loss. I will claim for my damaged stuff and lost items. Please give amount back for that otherwise i will take matter in consumer court. It's warning for that officer.

I had to transport my household and car from bangalore to pune hence i had booked sahara domestic & international packers & movers private limited. Their marketing executive chittranjan ([protected]) came to me to put quotation and we had finalised to 18k. Next day we had given our household along with bike. And again after 2 days we had given our car for the transportation. During the time of taking my car 2 guys came to collect my car and presented quotation of 22k. When i said that the discussed amount was 18k, they simply denied by saying 18k + service charge + docket charges which is 22k. I called up chittranjan (Marketing executive who have finalised 18k) and asked him about decided quotation and he said 18k + service charges you can pay at the time of delivery which is 21k. After 4-5 days i have received my household at pune i paid household charges and kept car charges pending as i had not received by the time. That they said car will be received after 3-4 days. After 3-4 days i called up then they were saying there is some issue with the car container so after 2 days you will receive it. Again after 2 days i called up their pune manager indrapal ([protected]) to take status of my car and surprisingly he was not even knowing the exact date and shipment details of my car. So i called up bangalore head office, their lady receptionist seats into bangalore office is not at all capable of handling customers, i asked about my car status she said she will give me a call after half an hour with the status. After couple of hours waiting for the call i called back them and asked to transfer my call to the manager rajesh ([protected]), she said manager is not available. So i took his mobile number and called him up. After many times trying his number he received my call. He too said he will take a status and let me know. But i had not received a single call from anybody. Next day i had spoken with their branch head rahul modi ([protected]) and asked for status. He said car will be delivered after 2 days as there is some problem during transport. I started worrying about it as it already 10 days passed. After couple days i called up rajesh again and he said their car container had some accident near satara and police filed case against it so car will be delivered after 2 days. After 2 days i called up rajesh then he was asking me to complete my payment then only they will deliver it. I told him chittranjan had already asked me to pay all the amount only after delivery. He denied and asked me to complete the payment. I said show me my car and then i will pay.in this 10-12 days conversation they used to disconnect my calls, did not picked my calls, talking arrogantly. Next day i called again up to rajesh and he said car has reached to pune so you pay first then we will deliver it. So i called up indrapal and asked him to get my car at my address and collect your payment. He sent one guy on bike to collect payment and then after receiving they delivered my car. After seeing my car i just got stunned as front both tyres are changed, huge scratches on right both doors, back seats are badly dirt with mud patches and pets hairs on music deck. I request to take strict action against it and punish them as they are repeating it for every other customer.

Got my goods delivered from pune to bangalore, 4-5 days post the delivery date, and realised that some of my items are missing. As discussed with pune team, they said the items were misplaced, and are still at pune warehouse.

After couple of days, after multiple follow ups they said the goods has been sent to bangalore, and now its been more than a month, i am trying to follow up on this, neither the pune person or the bangalore person is providing me proper inputs about my goods.

Really very bad service, will never ever suggest this packers & movers to anyone.

Sir, we have arranged for for shifting of luggage on dated[protected] from taluka-PATHARDI, district-Ahmednagar, MAHARASTRA.to New Delhi. All the payment done. But Mr.surender pal Saharan, Pune is not send my original bill till date. And my bike glamour FI, AND led Sony not delivered. About 20 days he say we arrange for delivery but he is not delivered till today 7/7/2017. Kindly solve my problem. Otherwise we complain consumer forum.

There are multiple items got damaged during transport from Bangalore to Guntur. They have piled up all the goods in a shared open Vehicle. No laborers to unload the goods or unpack the things. No one insisted for insurance and when I called now they are saying that no refund can be provided in case if there is no insurance.

Here are main concerns:
- Whose responsibility is it to deliver goods in good condition
- When they have given quote, they have included unloading/ unpacking. However, there are no one available to unload or unpack things.
- As these crooks arrived at night, I had to arrange 4 members to unload, unpack my stuff and lift few items to second floor. I had to pay Rs.2000 for them.

I have made agreement to sent my house hold items to Chennai for INR 24, 500/- including 1.5 lakhs insurance, water proofing rapping, loading and unloading.
But when they sent to chennai they were demanding INR 2000/- more and i refused to pay then they stole my two luggage and bargaining and black mailing for more money.

I have two consignments booked from sahara packer and movers one to pune and one to hyderabad both from chennai.
Both the places these items not handover 1. Big lg television 2. Gizar 3. Gunny bag with valuable gift articles
Apart from above they have damaged many articles while transporting
Inspite of several follow ups for almost 45 days amarchand ([protected]) in chennai and indrapal ([protected]) in pune no use.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Surprised to see indirect extortion even by corporate companies. I had booked for transporting my household items from delhi to erode on april 5th and the quotation given was 42k and i asked them when to make the payment they said at the time of delivery but then too i did make 50% payment in advance. On april 20th i asked them for the status of delivery and i was shocked by the way they changed their tone by saying pay full amount then only your goods will be delivered and they started abusing when i said them pls collect it once delivered. As i had my medicines and other important things i made the payment of balance amount via bank deposit and confirmed them abt the receipt and after that they say don't call us hereafter call coimbatore people and pay them extra for the delivery to erode and abused and kept the phone call. Till date i haven't received my goods and none are also replying in coimbatore and i have my imp medicines to take.

Please help me out of this mess that this sahara packers and movers have created.

Shipment from Bangalore to Noida,
I was promised 40k for the shipment and have got a bill of 66k, I have sent an email to [protected]@saharapackers.com as well, I am calling the concerned person everyday and he is not even responding.
He has promised me that money will be reverted back to me, however he is not responding to the calls as he got his deal closed.

I am really pissed and will take this to the highest level if this is not closed ASAP.

I booked my goods and car movement with this fraud packers and movers, well in 3 months advance from Bangalore to Vadodara. I clearly mentioned them I need a separate container lorry. Frauds done by these guys are listed below:

1. Sent 1 lorry and packed everything in that lorry bearing lorry registration no as KA, but while receiving my goods I received it in MH big lorry which was having 3 persons goods and my goods were mixed with all. I gave these money according to 1 lorry but they took 1 common lorry for 3 customer.

2. They told me lorry started from Bangalore on 23 dec 2016, but actually it started on 25dec 2016, for 2 days all my goods shifter to a storage room, where rats/mouse caused a lot of damage to the goods:

a. Washing machine complete plastic base was cut and all the rubber pipes inside the machine are damaged.

b. Same happened to the Refrigerator.

c Storage bed wooden ply's are also damaged.

3. Even they did not delivered my car at my house, I have to go 25km to bring my car which was just standing on road for 2 days.

I made repeated call to Jitesh modi, but he never responded and amrish shukla started using abusing words. My mistake was that I had given them full payment.

I want my money back for ur pathetic service.
NEVER EVER book your packaging with these people.

I had the unfortunate chance o[censored]sing Sahara Express Packers and Movers based in New Palam Vihar. Till the time they packed things, they seemed professional. But post packing, true colors came out. Parties that you will be interacting here are Sandeep, Kuldeep, Sunil Kumar and Vinod.

My mistake was that I never checked their online review. When I showed it to them, Sandeep mentioned that it was competitors who were doing it. I can vouch from my personal experience that it is not competitors but customers who have gone through the same agony are writing it.

Once they packed everything and loaded part of the things, they started asking for more money like 40% more. Finally I negotiated it down to 20% more. This is after sharing a list of items after their home survey.

Instead of loading everything in a bigger truck, they were packing things in a small Tempo pickup in which they almost damaged mattress, fridge etc by squeezing it in.

They insisted and even threatened on getting 100% payment before delivery where as the contract agreement/ invoice says only 80%. In the interest of getting things safe and on time, I paid them in full. And yes - I was stupid in trusting them.

And there was no news from them for 35 days irrespective of multiple follow ups.

Delivery was finally planned after 40 days. Driver who was supposed to deliver it at the address given during dispatch refused to do so and he had to be paid additional Rs 3000/- for delivery. Sahara packers and movers were of no use in this case and they didn't even help or revert in this case.

On delivery, an expensive mattress was missing and the list of damaged and totally smashed run through refrigerator, TV, crockery set, expensive wine and beer glass sets, dinner sets etc.

Any ways, I have made the mistake o[censored]sing Sahara Express Movers and packers based in New Palam vihar, Gurgaon. Please NEVER NEVER EVER Use this - very unprofessional experience and bad quality handling.

Yesterday we have moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad, we paid 25 K for the shipment, we have received goods in pathetic condition and some of them are not even in usable condition

1. Broken Grand father clock - which we brought in Mexico
2. Broken Porcelain vase - brought in London
3. Unusable condition of King Size mattress
4. Broken pots
5. Scratches on Honda Activa

We have felt we have been cheated by promosing highest level of service on packing and moving.

We got our household goods shifted from delhi to bangalore. Since we had paid for insurance, we requested mr. Pawan ([protected]) to process the claim and give copy to me.

My activa got totally damaged and they assure me to sir give you claim amount or repair it as according to them i repaired and send me bill but they guys not pick up the call as well as taking badly.

I am going to consumer court for it because they are taking customer lightly.

Sir, i am requesting and many times requested mr. Amarchand. But the same person says many lies it will be return 4days after like. What is it. Your are not getting transport really from chennai to bangalore. He is not giving proper response. So, kindly get it me. Improve the service to people ever as good sahara movers and packers. I am completely dis-satisfy with your service and i tied 200 times jitesh and mr shukla's phone but they are not picking my call now.

Tell me who is the point of contact to get claim and damage report.

During the packing time i told to jitesh that please pack the tv in wooden cabinate he told me don't worry we will pack later and during delivery tv was not packed in wooden cabinate and it was damaged.

On 19 june 2016 i have booked my entire house hold goods for shifting from bangalore to noida. i have also done a insurance from mr. shukla/jitesh of sahara movers and packers worth 1 lakhs. last week i received my goods in a pathetic condition. tv led screen was completely broken. following items were damaged

1 led tv

2. dinner sets

3. vase

4. glasses

5. statue
6. showpiece


. the persons who came to delivery left the items outside the door and told it cant be taken inside as its too big. they didn't even open any boxes as they had some other work to do. they just dumped everything and left.

Total damage worth is coming upto 90k. now when i am trying to call to sahara packers and movers mr. shukla/jitesh they are not picking my calls. i want the money back for the damages they have done.

The consignment was booked from Bangalore to Pune..wth the quotation # 041705, in the name of Ms.Priya Das . And the executive named Mr.Shilesh has given the acknowledged document to confirm the payment on delivery. We reached Pune on 8th June..abd called up Pune wirehouse to deliver the materials and take the money as accepted. Surprised to get the reply that we have to search and come to the wirehouse and pay first then only rest process they will do. It is very pathetic..that though imidly we called to Mr. Shilesh and took the first call..and said will inform the Pune wirehouse people and will get back. After that there is no update from him..even after several attempt to reach him by phone..or by sms..he didn"t reply. The concern is due to his miscommunication customers are struggling. And the rest of the poeple also taking no initiative to support customers. With this information I am adding to social media.. To support other customers to avoid taking sahara packers and movers.
