Sahara Q Shop — not getting refund of q shop plan h

I get two plan h certificate (Q shop plan h) on 17/10/12 from sahara q shop unique products range limited (Service centre bhandara section code 1381, nagpur region office) after conversion of my two abode bond (Which were issued by sahara india real estate corporation limited on 04/08/2009). Certificates value are rs 13000/ and rs 11350/. But now company did not refund after completing 72 months. They are again interested to convert these certificates to another scheme. I want to refund money. Certificates issued from bhandara section nagpur r. O. Certificate no[protected]For rs 13000) and[protected]For rs 11350). Thanks
