[Resolved]  Sai Education And Job Consultancy — Delay in Refund

Bill no.1195, 22520 had paid sum off 51, 000 ( 1000 +50000) for the mnc job on 27/03/2023.
As per agreement they did not get any job for 4 months. When I approached them there was no proper response from the staff, they said that our MD only knows all the process,
So I asked for an appointment with their MD to know the actual status but their MD does not even have the courtesy to meet and provide the update on JOB. So as per the terms I had mailed properly to consultancy on oct 17th 2023 for the refund.
they said they will return my money on Nov 30th but till now I didn't receive my money when I called them keep on postponing .Kindly guide us for further escalation steps to sort the issue and get my money back ASAP.
