[Resolved]  Sai Education And Job Consultancy — Delay in refunding/ No respond/ Fake promises on Refund date

I have paid 51, 000 ( 1000 +50000) for the MNC job on 04/08/2023.
As per agreement they did not get any job for 90 days i waited till November 2023. When I reached them they said till January you have to wait r else u can get refund. So as per the terms I had mailed properly to Sai Consultant on November 3rd 2023 for the refund . I applied for refund and they said 3-4 week amount will refunded on December 4th 2023 but i did not receive refund amount or any response or call from Sai consultancy again i call on December 8th 2023 they said amount will be refunded on December 11th 2023. But till now i have not received my money from sai consultancy team also they not picking my call or responding to me in rare case one staff picked call and said princy mam will call yu within 5 mints she is responsible for refund she said till now no one call me . i have my original bill copy, Amount transferred copy and mail from Sai consultancy.

Kindly guide us for further escalation steps to sort the issue and get my money back ASAP. The money i have paid them had been borrowed from outside for interest and i’m suffering a lot now kindly help me to get my money back from sai consultancy
