[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Fake promise on refund / not refunding the money/ delay in refund/ no response lot of excuse

We have paid 2lacs 2thousand[protected]lac for MNC job in Poland and 2000 for the registration. For each 1lac 1thousand on 11/11/23 and 15/11/23.. I spoke to a person (amudha) she works there as abroad job Counselor. Sai education and job consultancy located in valasaravakkam chennai - when we spoke they promised that they will provide job in Poland for that we each have to register 1lac as a fee and 1000 rupees as a registration. On 3/11/23 we paid 2k for registration and my husband (shankar) and i paid the full amount 2lac on following week(11th nov and 15th nov) the money I have paid is I borrowed from a loan app that i needs to pay 18k every month due..sai consultant made the a written agreement that they will provide a job in 90days if they didn't then they will return 100℅ refund or if by chance we cancel the process that also they will provide 100℅ refund reading all that and believing that agreement we waited nearly 70days no one called from the consultancy and no process started related to the abroad job i called amudha several times but she always gives excuses regarding the job placement. Believing her words I left the job as well as I was thinking that I'm really going Poland in 90days that's how she conceived me and my husband.. But it was a worst experience I got from them and also I had paid 2month emi so I told them I don't want their job service anymore and asked them to cancel the process and refund my money.. I had send a email on the same on 25th january 2024 then later I got a reply from them on on 31st (they said your refund will be done in 3-4weeks from the date of email I send) so I waited and called them on 3rd weekend she said 4th week and called her before 22/2/24 4th week ending she said 25th of feb but it was sunday so we will do refund on Monday 26/2/24 now today 26/2/24 I called her again at 3.45pm she said refund 4.30pm I will get a call for refund.. Now by 6pm they called my husband instead calling me, said that march 9th you will get refund... They are keep on doing this. it's 4months over now that I have been suffering a lot in financial situation because them.. Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my (money) refund ASAP or guide me to the next step of higher escalation to get the refund.. Here I'm attaching the payment proof and email and bill I got from them..
