Govind s samant +91 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Vehicle no.- mh-48-ak-1153 Dear sir, Was purchase new maruti suzuki swift zxi in may-2016 from sai service, vasai west. On that time they takes 5000/- extra cost as for tyre safe features.in which they told in future upto 40, 0000 kms if any of mycar tyre puncture then all responsibility is on company and company give all tyre along with stepny replacement with new. But the cant attend my complaint regarding this many times. Now my car is run near about 29, 000 kms and two tyres are not in condition for drive as per sai service. Now they are saying that please change both tyres on your own pocket. They are saying that the tyre company (Good year) is not giving any compensation but good year is not giving this bcoz of that tyre safe feature liquid which feel in my tyre by sai service of rs. 5000/- Why should i bear this tyre expenses??? If your staff is not having correct information then why he forced to by this wastage features??? Please solve this asap otherwise want to go legal. Was this information helpful? | |||
