Sai Service Station — no commitment and customer centricity | |||||
I renewed my car insurance policy thru maruti insurance sai service station. These people are smart, they are prompt in taking payment. However once they receive payment they forget you. For last 10 days i have been asking their representative to mail me the pdf copy of the policy. They are just not doing it. My last date of previous insurance is already over. I have not yet received the hard copy of the policy. This is gross level of lack of customer centricity and no accountability at all. It is also clear that the leaders are also sleeping and not keeping any watch on what their subordinates are doing.
