Swo has taken 5 lakh from me in 2012 to provide 1750sqft land in defence intercity vatika project in bhubaneswar but since now neither swo provided me land nor returned my money. I want my money back

Sir, i had booked a plot no a-101 in bhubaneswar project ph-ii under regd. No cb/bhubnes/046/a-101. The project was cancelled. But my money has not been refunded till now since 2014. Please help me.

My name is b m vishwakarma, i have booked plot in p-83 lucknow scheme vide cb/lucknow/p-83/c-006 on 11 may 2012. I paid the amount of rs 7, 12, 890/ by 21 july 2015 also. Swo has also changed booked plot no. From 3 to plot no. 6 refer the attached amount submission receipt and now swo is not responding to any of my calls. Also, no communication from there end..

Please get me the registry and possession of my plot or else...

I booked polt no 72 at Jagadhatri Tala near Kalyani road, west Bengal paying complete price of plot approx 7 lakh during Sep 2014 getting registration of plot assurance from coy but till date no registration has been complete. Approached several times to coy but no reply received from coy. Please intimate registration date or refund my money earliest.

I have booked the plots from your organisation during the year 2009 in plan no P-55 and plots no 281 and 282. My plots no 281 and 282 plan no p-55 are awaiting for handing over since 2010. I have already made full payment in the year 2010 but plots are not handed over to me till date. You are requested to kindly consider my request for handing over of the plots at the earliest.

I am dipawali devi wife of, sanjay kumar singh (Sister of no. 4565396k hav clk manoj kumar). I have registered for plot no-1220, sub plot no. -1220/322, rakba 4. 13 dismil (1880 sq. Feet) at gram-barhu police station - pithoria anchal-kanke, district ranchi, state-jharkhand through the sainik welfare organisation., india, registered ngo 409 block - c. Veer aawas, sector - 18a, dwaraka, new delhi, 110078.
When i reached at the place of my plot i found that it was sold to someone else and someone else's boundary was constructed on my plot.
The boundary is not constructed in accordance with the sketch of plots made.
I am very worried as i have invested all my money in that plot.
Therefore i want to get back my plot or money along with interest as soon as possible.

Cb/hamirpur /o27/28. I have give full payment of plot rs 10, 40, 546 in dec 2014 what plot work not completed so i have submitted refund in march 2016. What no response by company. They said wait and wait and no cleared to when they were return the money. Please read my request and please give a further action of swo, ngo and it's director.

I booked a plot in agra scheme no. 048 plot no. 052 through swo new delhi.

Played 8, 71, 000 rupees for this plot by making dd in favor of swo.

I payed full amount in 2015 to swo

But still i not get plot registration...

Pls solve my problam as soon as..

I m so worried.. About my money.

The swo india when failed to handover the plot after receiving rs 403060.00 from me till sep 2011. Swo india asuured that amount to be refunded along with interestof 9% from april 2011 to jan 2013. This job profile i got while i was doing my mariners exams and upgradation courses at himt chennai, there chief vigilance officer for port trust gave myself the offer.

Sir, since my days of joining into indian naval services jul 1985 onwards since then i was been repeatedly harassed and manhandling by uppal police officers inside the cell without registering the fir.

Even now also since last two years and above i am running after cyber crime police and my local police stations at tukaramgate but none is taking my case for solving/giving solutions instead making fun out of myself by making to run to one corner to the other end of their police stations.

Meanwhile due to my father's siblings families and related are using political goons for manhandling on countysides for the sake of properties [protected] &[protected] & [protected] & [protected] &[protected] for parental properties which we aren't in possession of the papers or anything related but i am becoming victim for rivalarism issues, they getting myself manhandled many times and more than fifteen times i landed in hospital at jubilee hills. Even the hospital record of admissions are there but that time not even single police had come for taking fir in the hospital from myself but now when i placed the things on facebook.com my own page among friends circles for necessary aid or support, then the police stations officers and their personnel are calling up frequently to drop in secunderabad and emphasising myself to attend the tukaramgate police station & nampally ccs etc. Yesterday late night around midnight 00:50hrs the police station from nampally ccs emphazising myself to contact asst. Commissioner of police and to drop in by leaving my duties over here at raibareilly, lucknow & kanpur areas.

Even college mates viz., j. Sanjay[protected] had manhandled only for the reasons pertaining to military canteen facilities which they wanted to avail and i was not willing to give them for which above number person and his close associates had manhandled myself inside the house and even on twin cities public roadsides.

For the same things i requested my boss capt. D. K. Giri sir from sharp detectives pvt ltd hyderabad and took the duties over here at in-laws place, but even now they aren't sparing myself with peace of mind.

Respected sir i had contact with swo india in jun 2015 for scheme no l-065 in gwalior which started in oct 2015 than i had made dd for the rs of 10000/- on 09 jun 2015 vise dd no 758461 from sbi dated 09 jun 2015 in name of swo india but till to date i am waiting for scheme which swo india is not giving me any kind of information so request you to tell swo india either give me a refund or tell me about scheme at the earliest regards...br...

I sintu kumar das booked plot in swo kolkata project in sep 2014 and the registration no is cb/kolkata/028/025. I had paid the whole sum of rs.7, 89, 158. Expected date of delivery of plot and registration was april 2015. Till date the project is not progressing. May i request to you to refund me whole amount to my sbi account no [protected]. Sir, I am Naresh Kumar Mishra, A resident of H. No. 38, Manas Green Jarhara, P/O- Rasool pur Saadat, Lucknow, (UP). I have booked plot in P-83 Lucknow scheme vide CB/Lucknow/P-83/C-005 on 11 May 2012. I paid all amount of Rs 10, 35, 890/= by 05 Mar 2013 there after SWO was to make registry of plot to me. SWO has also changed booked plot No. from 5 to Plot No. 8 vide their letter dated 11 May 2012 with out my consent. Now SWO is not responding...

I have booked plot no b-73& b-74 at swo gaya project. L completed my installment 22/09/14. Till now they are not responding regarding registration or refunding the amount. Once they told that the account has blocked and chair man has been arrested. I am working in indian navy and my amount has been likely to be blocked. Kindly help me.

I have booked a plot in swo india varanasi project, i have paid all the amount in 2014 only of 10.5 lacs rupees for booking of plot no 164 but till now there is neither calling for registration of plot nor returning the money. Please help me as I am going to retire in 2018 and i have no home to settle.

Ft plot under p-16 project danapur which was registered in jan 2013 after taking 8.10 lakh in installment & promise to have in the end of 2013, yet i am waiting for it even the are dropping the phone now..
