Ordered hohem i steady pro gimbal on 01/08/2019 order no 80352. But till date no response from them. Sent mail to their official mail id no response to mail also. Visited their contact address which is mentioned in web site. But no office exist there in that address. No contact no given in the web site. I think it is a fraud company and they are cheating the public.
Contacted the payment gateway and they said payment is already transferred to the merchant account.
Pls help to get the amount refund.

I ordered a phone around 10-12 days before, my order ID is #39238, order still showing that it's in processing. As per customer policy it takes 7-10 days take for confirmation order and 3-5 days for dispatch. But still it's showing me in processing. I think they just making money by fraud and cheat to innocent people and take money from us.
