Salil Kapoor — Promised the shoot charged 4000 and shoot never happened

Salil kapoor is a renowned fashion photographer and having his own fashion house. On instagram he posted that he need models for a shoot. I contacted him and he said I have to pay security deposit of 4000/- for the clothes.He also said once the shoot is over I will get my money back after deducting the taxes. I said ok and paid him the money vis paytm on the number provided by him ([protected]). The paytm number was og his friend Gurpreet.Our conversation started on 18th march 2021 and I paid him the same day. He confirmed me that he have received the payment. Than on 19th in the evening he sent me the address C 1049 Maya garden city, Zirakpur, Near McDonald and asked me to reach at 10am on 21st march 2021.On sunday around 9am I contacted him and he said the shoot is postponed as all are late. Than later on his assistant Aadhira Khanna contacted me and said that Salil is having some health issues so shoot is postponed till Thursday.I said ok but started doubting their actions. On 22nd march I asked him to return my money back but he said he is busy. Than I told him that I will lodge the official complaint against him and tried calling him, but he did not answer normal calls, whatsapp calls even messages. I tried calling and leaving messages to his assistant but she also did not bother to call back and reply. Now they are totally ignoring my calls and messages. Its not about 4000/- but it is about the fraud which they are doing. Same thing might be happened with others also. I want my hard-earned money back. I have all the chats and proofs against him.
