Hello sir

I yesterday but srf 2024 one lot system automatic marked square off for 1700. No intimation given. If intimation giving i will deposited money. After square off 1.30 hour later i have received sms stating that deposit money. I lost 1.62lacs without any intimation. And also not worked any square off during srf start falling. At the end srf 1932. Amount actual lost is rs 46000 but i lost 162000 your system not support. Kindly refund difference amount at least or update the srf in my account

He said he would mark with pencil where the other partners should sign and send the documents by courier to me so that i can complete and return the documents to samco.
But, till date, i have not received the documents from samco.

My client id is dm17758, i have placed a fund withdrawl request for rs.15000/- on 09th jan 2018. Through my back office. But till to date on 11th jan 2018 my payment is not credited to my account. When i make a call to customer care, they said that back office is not working. This is fraud company. This is not first time happend with me, earlier also, they credit my payment next 3-4 days after placing of request and calling many times to their customer care. Someone please can tell me where i have to raise my word to superior authority regarding this issue?

This is regarding Account Closing Request for Account No.DC3293.
There are end number of times follow up, email and complains. This is extremely poor system and process by Samco. Its more than 15 days from now and accounts is yet not closed.
The service level of Samco is absolutely poor and unsolicited.

I deposited 5000 in trading account through neft from my sbi account but i received message that transaction is declined because my account is linked with icici but same time i did not receive my account in my sbi
Account.
For this case i called the phone but your executive told me that the same account has been refunded but its not true i need the transaction id through which the amount has been refunded

Without informing me regarding what type of deduction have been made by the samco securities. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. The steps of deducting money in this way are not acceptable.

Updated by Sarwan kumar Mimani 1) there is no need of ledger you sent. I just want to know about deduction of money which is not described in that ledger. I want to know why and for what money is deducted from my account.. You must bifurcate about the deduction of money rs. 13969.

2) i did trading in the month of august. I have paid all the taxes/duties till august. No amount is pending from my side.

3) the amendment you sent, was executed on23rd june. It means you were aware of this stamp duty which was in action from 1st july. Now it is your duty to inform me about this amendment. If i were aware of this amendment i would have done trading according this. Most importantly i am not forced to pay this deduction for which i was not aware. It is your responsibility to aware me about this. You told me about this amendment on 18th september. I am ready to pay all taxes and ready to follow all rules from 18th of september.

Hello, this side shobhit and i have 5 accounts in my family bcoz i trust they are valuablle company but they are frauds. I bought 1300 shares from samco demat and succesfully completed and deduct amount and tomomorrow i got the mail 1100 shares alloted and money deducted 1300 of shares and told me you can see in the database u alloted only 1100. So i suggest to everyone, don't open any account in this company because they are fraud. This incident not happen one time this is second times with my other family account number. So please black list this company. Coustomer care don't know how to talk with coustomers, always disconnect calls and second times u will call then unable to connect. Samco provides this type of fraud service.

I opend d mat account with samco securities. And i trade for show demo to my friend because i knew that i dont have margin for trade but samco securities give me margin that time and i dont know how my trade sucessfull beacuse i did not have limit of that trade later night on the same day i suffer loss on that lot of inr 7500 without my fault because i did not know my order has been placed. I complaint to samco regarding this so they did'nt accept yheir mistake.

Your company seems to be a big scam . I have paid the account opening charges and it's been more than a week no one has contacted me to compete the account opening formalities . Why was the money taken at the 1st instance, if you guys are incompetent to have an account opened . There are plenty of options available in the market .

Any financial relationship requires a great amount of trust . But your company seems to completely lack any kind of integrity and commitment .

Having had such a bad experience at the start itself, I would not been keen to open an account with you guys . Please have the amount charged refunded immediately .
