I am writing about a phone I purchased using the Deloitte employee program on 6/19. After the ETD of 6/26 went by, I contacted support through chat and was told that there was some operational issue due to which delivery was delayed and it will be delivered in the next few days.
After receiving some empty calls apologizing for my issues but no real updates over the next few days, I have today received a message from Samsung saying that the order is being cancelled. I have not requested this cancellation, and this is being done without my permission or any consultation. This represents a problem for me since this purchase was made under a corporate program and I have already sought reimbursement. I am beginning to understand that Samsung does not care about an individual customer in the slightest, but actively creating further problems for a customer is a new low.
