I bought this tv paying 73990/- in june 2013 . Warrenty is expired. Today, after two and half years there is no display . The service engineer gives an expense of 30000/- for changing the panel i cannot afford to spend 30000/- for repairs. This a huge expense. I want the company to do it free of cost or give me heavy discount.
My complaint number with samsung :[protected]
sumsung being a branded company which spends crores of rupees on advertisements should compensate or offer a discount, when the repair expenses are huge, instead they say -as i am not ready to spend, your complaint is closed.
How can they get away simply by saying that it is an electronic item and as the warrenty is expired i cannot expect any compensation from the company.
The service eng. Certified that we have used the tv as per standard specifications like using the stabilizer etc.
Even after taking so much care, if the tv breaks down within three years the consumer is not at fault.
I request you to guide me in this matter or takeup my case with the company for compensation
