Samsung TV model number UA55AUE65AKXXL, bearing serial # 5EZD36TT702467N. Found faulty one but company is refusing to do repair under warranty saying it's physical damage. Jst one and half month I had purchase and no damage is done by us Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jan 20, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I had purchase Samsung 55 inch TV model number UA55AUE65AKXXL, bearing serial # 5EZD36TT702467N. After one and half month a small dot was visible so I raised ticket in Samsung care centre on 17th Dec and technician visited on 22nd Dec when he saw he said physical damage and told company will not repair under warranty as it is damage might be through transportation or company fault. I will not get repair so pls help me as I had purchase television for 39741 int Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
