Samsung A C — Service problem for Split AC not attended for the last one month | |||
I purchased SAMSUNG split AC from one of the retailer in Chennai in 2013.The service people came once and told the compressor has to be replaced. When asked to do they say they cannot dismantle the outer unit and left.I have been contacting the company through their toll free number continuously every alternate day. But the routine reply is that they are escalating the matter to their higher authorities. But nothing ha been done for the last one month and I am finding very difficult to have a comfortable sleep in this hot weather of Chennai.
